Well, it's 1 link per box. If you have more than 1 link for a video, click on "Report & go to full submission form", then you will have more boxes and you can put more links. Note that you can also click on "Submit link" in the right frame if you just want to submit new links. That works too. ^^
-
It's very easy and cool, check this out: ^^ - Go to http://www.detectiveconanworld.com/watch/ova/8 - Under the video, you should see a link that says: "Report broken link", click on it - Now, since you have a link that you would like to submit at the same time, you can paste it in the box. But, I just checked that link and it seems it's part 1 of 3, right? If so, it's best to click on "Report & Go to full submission form", then you can paste the 3 video parts in the first 3 boxes. Oh and the cool thing is that you can now paste URLs instead of the "embed code" like I showed you a while ago (but it will still work if you do the latter). So, therefore, you can just copy the links from your address bar and it'll work great!

Which links? Maybe you tested when I was still polishing the details? I can't seem to find those broken links right now. Or maybe I'm missing them. Hmm.. Otherwise, thank you guys.

Hello DC fans! I'm really proud and honored to announce the release of this updated version of DCW! I've been working hard during these past few weeks to redesign and redevelop the site. It's not based on Wordpress anymore (which didn't grant enough flexibility and or customization + it's slower than the current platform). The new website is now built on top of our own custom-built DCW infrastructure which is itself built on top of CodeIgniter, a popular PHP framework. Here are the updates and new features released: - 1 account for everything! That's right. Once you login, you'll be able to post comments on videos, rate them, submit links, post on the forum, edit the wiki, and more... Here's how it's now gonna work: both the site account and forum accounts were merged. If you had a forum account, that's the one you need to use to login (same password you had). If you didn't have a forum account, use your old site's username and password to login and it'll work. If you had both a site and forum account, they were both merged and you should use the forum username and password to connect. Note however that this whole merging process isn't an exact science. For example, if your site and forum accounts had two completely different usernames (I was still able to merge some of such accounts though), then it's very likely that the two accounts still exist right now. If that's the case, simply PM me and let me know if you'd like to delete one of them. - BIG change to the submission system! You are not limited to only submitting the "embed codes" anymore (although it will still work if you do), but you can now also submit the URL to the video (just copy/paste from the browser's address bar). - Improved "Watching" section! You can now also watch: dramas, magic files, unique other ovas, openings, closings and movie themes! - It is now possible to report a link as broken right from under the video. Another cool thing: a DCWBot was created to automatically gather the list of reported broken links and if a specific link reaches 3 reports (current threshold for now), the bot will automatically post on the "Report broken links" forum so that the community and/or mods can confirm it's broken and eventually submit new links if they feel like helping. I believe it'll be a great way to create awareness and more efficiently allow the community to help out whenever needed. - The videos from the watch sections now also feature direct links to the wiki (since everything is tightly integrated after all). Hopefully this will promote traffic and contributors to the wiki! - The forum has been converted from phpBB to IPB. It should now provide more features as well as security enhancements. I think that's about it for now. If there's anything else worth mentioning (and which isn't there), I'll update this post later. I hope you enjoy those new features! Let me know what you think. Your feedback is always most appreciated! Thank you.

Note: This news item was imported from the old system. ------------------------- We're upgrading our current platform to a brand new system created by and for DCW which will feature lots of major improvements over the old one. Hopefully it won't take too long but since it's quite a big update (even the database will have to be converted for the new system), I can't tell exactly when it'll be done. You should still be able to watch videos or contribute to the wiki for the time being but expect possible downtime. Also, note that it won't be possible to register on either the site or the forum during that time. I thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Regards, DCW

Hello there! At least your name makes total sense here. Welcome to DCW and enjoy your stay here!
-
In April indeed heh. As you can see the site is still pretty new.

Hello there and welcome to DCW! Thank you very much for the edits! They're very much appreciated. And don't hesitate to ask me or any wiki mod if you have any question at all (no matter how minor it might be) regarding the editing and/or formatting process. ^^ As for discussing themes, that's always a cool thing with DC. The story is quite open and does allow for specific topic discussions and/or speculations which is fun. For example, there's this thread about guessing the possible leader of the BO: http://www.detectiveconanworld.com/forum/crazy-theory-t76.html. Soo, feel free to theorize as much as you like here lol.

Lol, that's quite an introduction there. Welcome to DCW! Enjoy your time here and feel free to add a little bit of your personality to this community mixture. That's the cool thing about the community after all: the diversity. ^^ Have fun!

Those are realllllyyy good indeed!! I can't wait for the new ones!! Out of curiosity, do you also happen to have some photoshop and/or illustrator skills? I'm asking because I'm planning to make some improvements to the site and it would be soooo cool if we could use some custom design with, for example, Conan pointing to a some text or picture or with the detective boys surrounding some kind of board that would contain some content from the site, etc.. Just throwing out ideas there. Nothing concrete is in progress right now regarding those custom designs (although I do am working on improving many aspects of the site right now, one being the overall layout + design itself). But in any case, I love your work! Keep it up!

I've also heard that he's filling in the role of Akira quite decently after a few episodes now. I personally haven't got the chance to witness his performance as of yet but I hopefully will sometime soon.

Ooh, interesting! I'll eventually get to that episode heh. I'm still a bit behind right now.. :/

Hey there Michale! Welcome to DCW! Yeah, I also watch/read Naruto. It's a cool show too! Hope you have fun here! See you around!

Hello there! Welcome to DCW! Enjoy and have fun! ^^

Welcome to DCW! There's definitely a lot more episodes, movies, ovas (and more) to watch! Thus, I suspect you won't be getting bored anytime soon, hehe. Anyway, I hope you're enjoying your time here and having fun!

Hello! Welcome to DCW! Thanks again for your contributions to the wiki. They're greatly appreciated. ^^ Have fun and enjoy your time here!

Hello there! And welcome to DCW! It would indeed be really cool if they decided to hire fansubbers to do the subbing hehe. And yes, it's a pretty long series. It would be interesting to know which series has had the most episodes in history.

Hello Ninis! Welcome to DCW! It would be more than awesome if you were to help out!Like Southpaw mentioned, we have a lot going on on the wiki and could definitely use some help. Although we have pages set up for most episodes, we miss detailed description of the cases and more. But we do have a few summaries in place. Feel free to modify/update/add to them though. Some examples: - Full compact list of episodes: http://www.detectiveconanworld.com/wiki/Anime - More detailed list of episodes for Season 1: http://www.detectiveconanworld.com/wiki/Season_1 - Actual episode page: http://www.detectiveconanworld.com/wiki ... urder_Case And if you have any question at all about Wiki editing or anything else wiki-related, please do not hesitate to ask me or a Wiki mod! Happy re-watching the series and have fun! ^^

Note: This news item was imported from the old system. ------------------------- It is my great pleasure to announce the release of the subbed version of Movie 13: The Raven Chaser! All credits go to the DCTP team who really did an awesome job there as usual! So, a big Thanks to them! Anyway, the video has been added to the Watch section (both on Youtube and Megavideo). If you find more video links, don't hesitate to submit them. It's super easy! Enjoy and feel free to share your thoughts (and emotions?) about the movie on the forum. Happy movie-time!

Note: This news item was imported from the old system. ------------------------- Originally posted by BladeLeaf ------------------------- I was totally excited after I watched DC movie 13 trailer. So I waited for the day it will be released on the internet. Months later, I finally found one with English subtitles and watch it with my speaker turn to the maximum with a packet of potato chips in my hands. Right after the movie ended, I was quite a bit of disappointed. Although I must say that the movie is nice, there are not much thrill to it compared to the past DC Movies.

Let's see.. It was sometime in 2005 (or 2006) when I was reading a forum where people posted about their favorite anime/mangas. Then, I saw the name "Detective Conan" come up. Since I like science in general (I majored in Computer Science at university after all), I thought it would be really interesting to witness and/or be part of reasoning or deduction processes. With the word "detective" in the title, it was clear that it had this level of reasoning and thinking and had to do with mystery, scientific demonstrations, etc.. So, I thought "hey, why not"? That's when I started watching the series and indeed got hook up almost instantly.

That's pretty good indeed! Congratulations there! I wish I could do something half as good lol.

They're really nice! ^^ It's true that the quality isn't the best but the montage itself is pretty cool. I like how many of the transitions coincide with the music's rhythm. One suggestion I have though would be to try and get rid of the subtitles (maybe download the raw versions?) when you're trying to match the video sequences with the lyrics from the song being played: they can get pretty distracting when trying to focus on the song's lyrics and the video. But other than that, I like the fact that you chose lots of nice little parts here and there and made it match the music. All in all, I think they are pretty well-done for your very first 2 videos! So, congratulations!!
