I love Bruce Lee, so if I had to pick any martial art it would be his xP fighting without fighting, aye. How about the wall of your room? or perhaps outside your home if you don't mind strangers thinking you've gone nuts?
I could bust a hole in the room's wall... I could start punching the oak tree outside.

I do no fighting practice, but I plan to follow Bruce Lee's advice for fighting as well. First step; punching walls. Bruised knuckles which heal to become stronger.
I could get behind that. Toughening your defenses can only help. But I need a wall I won't get in trouble for punching xD
