Erru heard the commotion from down below and cursed. She had one shot to help the others. She twisted out of the grip, hitting Raimir hard in the legs with the butt of her weapon, and dashed forward attacking Eisuke and Hidemi's captors. It tooks several seconds to knock them out and grab the two, and she shoved them before her, shouting, "Get back to the others!" As they followed her instruction, she bolted down the stairs to find out what had happened to the kidnapped kids. She saw the black masked man and his followers re-kidnapping the children and tying up the original kidnappers. "We've got police, FBI and CIA outside, I wouldn't do something like this." She aimed her weapon at the leader. "Let the kids go, and relinquish the prisoners to the police."

[someone else shot] Erru struggled under the grip of the enemy, jabbing her gun right back up into the chest of Raimir. "You shoot me, I'll return the favor," she said, hooking a foot behind one man's leg and tripping him. "Let those two go, now!" she shouted, struggling. "You better not touch them!"

DCW's Winter~

[You can become of of the NPCs on the roof now, if you still want to post. Apparently there are a lot... I only shot 2, and Raimir's still commanding the rest...] Erru heard the shot and glanced toward it to see Ram fall. That's my fault...I should have given her one of the bulletproof vests I gave the others..... "You bastards! Shooting your own! You have no honor!" She pointed her weapon at Raimir, who was still on the ground. "I'd shoot you, but I don't owe you anything..." She swung her weapon, knocking him out with it, and pointed it toward the others. "Who wants to give me the hostages?"

Erru took a step closer to Raimir and pressed her gun to his collar, grabbing Eisuke with her free hand. "Sorry, but I can't let you boss us around..." She swept the gun up and twisted it, effectively holding Raimir in a chokehold with the weapon, and grabbed Eisuke, shoving him toward the door. Erru used Raimir as a shield to protect him as she led the hostage to the stairwell. After checking that it was clear, she shoved Eisuke toward the lower level, watching him run. With a sigh, she smiled and tightened her hold on Raimir. "Hondou-sama asked me to protect him, and I don't go back on my word." She watched as Hidemi ran into the building and secured her brother, bringing him to the FBI hold. "Oh, and, I cut the power on those bombs, by the way, so you have no ace." She dropped Raimir to the ground. "So, do you want to take a peaceable offer or am I going to have to take all the hostages by force? 'Cause if you harm any of them, none of you will be leaving this roof on your own legs."

[gang's still here. She's addressing you, kinda ignoring the other guys, cuz you have the hostage she wants freed] "No way, bastard. You touch them, and I'll shoot you." Erru looked at Raimir coldly, stating, "How about this, then? You hand him over to me right here, along with the others, and we'll drop the case for three weeks and let you get out of the country with all your buddies from jail. One thing: You may not harm any of the kidnapped, hostages, or my coworkers and their families. Does that work, or do I need to take him from you and tear up some more of your grunts?"

"When did they betray you? Ram and Colt are hostages... I knocked them out and tied them up. But if you don't want them back, I suppose they'll go to jail, and I'll interrogate them for everything they know about you guys..." She lifted her weapon, pointing at Raimir with it. Erru's face was blank and serious. "If you want the two you specified, you'll have to hand Eisuke over to me unharmed..." She took three steps forward, now standing a few feet away, and took out a transmitter. "Sir, they want Martin and Vickel... have them brought here." She looked at Eisuke, then added, "And remove and defuse those bombs. We can have those two you're after put on death row for their actions." She looked down off the roof at her boss and nodded, then looking at Phi. Sorry, I can't put a hostage or kidnappee in danger... She silently hoped everyone was okay and able to escape soon. She just had to keep them busy and try to get back as many hostages as possible through meeting as few demands as possible. "So, Raimir, is it? Will you take the trade of your two men for the safe release of this one kid, who isn't even FBI?"

[i'm out front talking to the criminals... caused more trouble than help... ] Erru raised her weapon and leveled it at Raimir. "Let him go, now! Here's the deal, we'll release one prisoner for every hostage you spare and return to you, starting with Colt and Ram, who you can have right now if you return Hondou Eisuke to us." Without another word, she bolted forward, heading back inside. Damnit, I can't let this happen because of me! Erru sprinted through the building, heading straight to the stairs. She rushed up the flights, knocking anyone who got in her way over the railing. She knew they were all enemies who served the kidnappers, and she had to keep herself from turning back to take them down. Erru kicked in the door at the top of the roof, stepping out brazenly and shouting, "Alright, release Eisuke to me, and I'll go trade him for Colt and Ram. You can trust me that I won't cross you... In a matter this urgent there's no room for risks." [spaced it to try and make it easier to read. does it help?]

Erru glared. "Better idea..." She raised her weapon and fired, hitting the hostage in the leg. As his injured leg buckled, she fired twice into the head of the man holding him, as well as the one to his left, and gave a hand signal. At this, the hostage rolled off the roof and fell, landing in the net she'd set up during her police fake-out. She ran over to him and aided him back to the barricade of cars, again lifting her weapon. "You want to play, you get a game." Her boss protested, "You're putting everybody here at risk with a stunt like that..." Erru replied with a laugh, "Well, he's safe, isn't he?" [bed time, back in 8-10 hours]

Erru frowned. There was one open option she was willing to take... "Fine, I won't aim this thing at you," she began, dropping her gun. "But there's one condition..." She glared up into the eyes of her enemy. "You let me take the hostage's place, and release him into custody of the FBI." She knocked Phi unconscious with her left hand and handed him over to her boss. "Take of of him..." Then she stared up at the kidnappers. "Do we have a deal, or am I going to have to open fire?"

"I'm not planning on executing anyone," Erru shouted defiantly, pointing her weapon back at him. "You bastards aren't going to threaten us!"

Erru shoved Phi in the direction of the building and stared at the criminals as they came out, dragging some hostage with them. She recognized the black-masked one who had killed Kosuke, and stomped over to stand parallel from him and his 'friends.' With a glare, she shouted, "Hey, bastard," and leveled her gun at him. "Give me an acceptable reason why you killed that child, or this gun's going off in your direction." He didn't respond, but she still didn't pull the trigger. She glared and swept the weapon across the ranks of kidnappers. "I am NOT letting you guys toy with the lives of innocent kids, no matter why the hell you decide to do it." Erru flicked off one of the members who gave a sarcastic response, and shouted, "I've got Ram and Colt tied and ready, so if you hand over your hostage, I might give them back. In case any of you don't know me, I'm Erru. I infiltrated your base and helped out those kids. And I'm done paying around. So, what are you guys going to do?"

Colt laughed as Phi left. "Those brats are gonna get themselves into trouble... after what she's done, that FBI chick's gonna be the first to die. I'm looking forward to it. But don't worry. That Phi kid and you guys ain't far behind, anyway." He grinned, showing poorly cared for teeth, and chuckled. Erru approached her employer warily. She still wasn't sure who had called for him. "Is one of the kidnappers one of our insiders, sir?" He shook his head as she stepped closer, still holding the machine gun. She turned to scan the roof, leveling the sight on her weapon to see who was there and who she could take down if it came to a firefight. Then she saw Phi exit the building, alone. "What the hell are you doing? You're supposed to be protecting the others. Colt's with them, as is the spy and Ram, and you're one of the only people I can trust here!" She turned to her boss, adding, "This is Phi, one of the victims. He'd make a good recruit." Then she turned back to Phi. "Get back inside, out of the line of fire. We can handle this," she said, motioning at the vehicles and people lined up. [Anybody who wants to can play the boss~ Make him whatever personality and alignment and stuff ya want. I don't like playing 2 people in the same area... ]

Erru nodded at Phi and Sakila. "Good. You take one of the four bulletproof vests and put it on now. If any of you are under thirteen or willing to take the risk,take one as well. I won't need one." She smiled, then set two weapons down: The pistols she'd taken off Colt and Ram. "Sakila, Phi, you take these. You're going to be in charge of getting these kids out of here. Use the southwest window in the lst room on the left" She heard the sirens from outside, real this time, and grinned. "Rose, you take this smoke grenade. If you're spotted, throw it." She then had a second thought and handed the child over to Misaki. Then she turned and headed out the door. "You guys make your escape while I take care of something." She bolted off and out of sight, hefting the machine gun she'd taken with her, heading to the room she'd been cornered in earlier. She busted the glass in the window and wriggled outside, sweeping around the corner. She saw multiple squad cars, and the vehicle her boss drove, pulled up at the front. With a smile, she came out from the hidden area, calling, "Sir! I've got multiple hostages secured in the building! Should I evacuate them now?!" She then took a hesitant step forward. "Sir, who called you? And where are the kidnappers?" She looked around, confused and anxious... If they touch those kids, they're dead...
