  1. ^ Didn't see that coming... But you bring up a good point.
  2. Do a badass one like "the Gin who stole Christmas". :P

  3. Thanks. So are you drawing something Christmas themed?

  4. It's on the first page of the drawings section.

  5. No lie, I was freaked out by these two characters: (Give me a break, I was like 11 at the time) In a general sense, the scariest character would be Gin. He's not the guy I want to be sitting near by on a rollercoaster.
  6. It's already posted (but I'm not sure if you'll like the pairing in it).

  7. Just chillin like a villain. And I think I finished my last drawing of the year...

  8. Hey Jovan! Whatcha been up to?

  9. It was just a joke. I guess I forgot to put the emoticon after the statement. And I'm sure you'd be able to beat her.
  10. Ok. It's one thing to say that Ran is a "perfect" girl with no flaws, and it's another thing to completely agree with what parkur previously stated, which included a PLETHORA of Ran's flaws (her overbearing innocence, her constant crying, her gullibility, her hair). And don't even get me started on the whole "she doesn't have this character's flaw or that character's flaw" mumbo jumbo because she DOES have hotheadedness (when she yells at Shinichi or her dad or when she uses karate), jealousy issues (there were multiple instances when she showed jealousy over some of Shinichi's female fans/acquaintances), insecurity (where do you think her tears came from?), lack of knowledge (she is easily fooled), and a little dose of possessiveness (she doesn't want to let Shinichi go). I'm not saying it's wrong to have an opinion, but I'm just looking for some consistency in your argument. Nice ego you have their sir.
  11. Wow, this pretty much summarizes my DC upbringing. (But instead, I watched it with my older bro during those good ol' times)

Thank you all very much! *can't wait to reveal who it's for*
  13. Nice, playful podcast. And being a curious ex-Case-Closed fan, I found a video where Jerry Jewell and Colleen Clinkenbeard discussed Case Closed at Anime Vegas 2011: www.youtube.com/watch?v=2i-fJCjtVaQ
  14. Very, creative. (and you managed to color it too )
  15. *edits wiki* Sorry, didn't catch that.
  16. I learned that ...there are several complex ways to murder someone other than simply stabbing or shooting a person. ...an almond-scent automatically insinuates cyanide poisoning. ...the person who is most confident in his or her alibi is most likely the culprit. ...fishing lines are widely used in murder tricks. ...males in Japan have trouble expressing their feelings. There are more, but the ones mentioned above stood out to me for some reason.
  17. I finally caught up reading the new manga chapters. There are a couple of things I’d like to point out about File 801. -First, for readers complaining about yet another DB appearance, be grateful because Gosho gave you all a 24-chapter break from them (which is an all-time record). -It’s interesting that Haibara is beginning to feel comfortable around Okiya, who is supposedly Shuichi Akai. Perhaps she is sensing a good/Akai-esque vibe from him (after all, her sister was in love with Akai and vice versa, so the two are connected in a way). -Sera seems to know that Conan and Shinichi are the same person (she is constantly asking Ran about Conan and his unusual intellect). And I wouldn’t be surprised if she had a crush on Shinichi (as for the blushing, that was most likely directed towards Sonoko’s comment about Conan). -So Gosho revealed in an interview some time ago that there will be a facedown between Sera and Haibara. In this chapter, Sera shows interest in Haibara by asking Conan to bring her to the agency and asking Ran how she is like. It makes me wonder: Does she know who Haibara really is? Were they acquaintances in the past? -When Sera said “it’s because I used to know someone who never smiled”, it’s quite evident that she is referring to Akai, who is supposedly her older brother (hence her saying “I thought I saw someone I knew”). -If we were to conclude that Amuro, Scar Akai, and Bourbon were the same person, then what connection does Sera have with them? Does she even know they are all the same person? -That is FOUR different objectives that Sera wants to pursue: 1) To clarify that Shinichi and Conan are the same person; 2) To confront Haibara; 3) To find her brother; 4) To discover the truth about Amuro. -And finally, the case. Why the hell would a belligerent couple invite guests, comprised mostly of children, over for lunch, and then threaten each other with knives? Why try to kill each other now? I’m thinking that the husband “pushed” his wife into threatening him with a knife so that when a witness sees this, he or she can verify that he murdered her for self-defense. The man WAS able to see Ayumi through the glass-door window. It’s a possibility. Or maybe they were originally putting on an act; then the husband took advantage of this and snuck in a stab at her chest. However, these are just conjectures...
  18. This is awesome! I wish I was good at graphic imaging.
  19. It's funny how I procrastinate even for non-school/home related stuff.

FINALLY finished my Secret Santa gift for a special someone... (I have been so busy for the last three weeks, so it's miraculous that I managed to make/finish this during the last 2 days) So here it is: THIS IS FOR YOU...
  21. You should try to expand the DC fandom to Romania. And welcome to DCW.
  22. Short trailer for Movie 16 (translated by DCTP): www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xj0uWloTewA
  23. *realized I haven't been on DCW for almost 3 weeks* O.o
