There are, of course, some legislators that are fair and try to do something but it's a negociation, they must offer something to the others if they want to pass their bill. I can say that my blood boils to know about horses going to slaughterhouses, they are very important to me, I would give my own blood, if necessary, to save a horse's life but the same time I'm working hard to save ONE horse at least, they kill thousands a day.
