I’m just gonna copy-paste the post with the translations here because it’s a new page so it’s easier to see. Some things of importance in here. It would’ve been bad if a bra or something was seen. Ｑ７：コナンと怪盗キッド、どっちが好きですか？ Ａ：どっちも好き。同じくらい。 Q7: Between Conan and Kaitō Kid, who do you like? A: I like them both. Roughly the same amount. TN: Not sure what this last part means, I think the questioner saw her name in the manga and since she’s the daughter of someone Aoyama knows, she asked if it was on purpose, but it was a coincidence (not sure though). Ｑ１４：ボスのメアドで倉吉の市外局番など、鳥取のこと出してもらったりしてるんですけど、今後はないんでしょうか？ Ａ：倉吉の市外局番は偶然。機会があれば色々出そうと思います。 Q14: The boss’s e-mail address has a Kurayoshi area code, and you’ve told us about Tottori, but will there be any more info in future? A: Kurayoshi’s area code is a coincidence. If there’s the chance, I plan on revealing various things. TN: This is hard to translate. The word メアド is a shortening of メールアドレス which means “e-mail address”, but the word 市外局番 in a dictionary says “(telephone) area code”. I tried looking up the word and got here: http://www.denpa-data.com/annex/telephone/08.htm This is a list of area codes, and Kurayoshi’s is this: 0858-2x～6x 倉吉 倉吉市・東伯郡三朝町、湯梨浜町、北栄町、琴浦町・西伯郡大山町（旧中山町） Considering the boss’s number is #969#6261, I don’t know what this all means. I also asked 2 Japanese people what メアド referred to, if e-mail or SMS, and they both said e-mail. But I don’t really trust Japanese people to understand the western meaning of e-mail. Ｑ１５：青山剛昌が先生がしてみたいコスプレキャラは？ Ａ：白い奴。 Q15: Who does Aoyama Gōshō-sensei want to cosplay? A: The white guy. TN: (Kaitō Kid.) Ｑ１６：（天国のカウントダウンで）蘭ちゃんだけは10年後は映画の中では見れてない。大人になった姿を見れる機会はありますでしょうか。 Ａ：あ...るかな。あ、あ～ありますね。そういえば。 The question of whether we’ll see Ran in 10 years from now. A: There… will there be, I wonder? Ah, ah! He’s looking cool. TN: Not sure about this translation, but nothing important anyway.

I’m reading it so I may as well translate what I see. ・キック力増強シューズでダイヤルがタッチになったのは→タッチは間違い Why did Conan’s shooting shoes go from having a dial to being touch? The touch is a mistake. — I think I kind of remember this, that in older episodes Conan did a circular motion like in very old phones to activate it, and then later on just touching it was enough. ・空港の絵で大変だったとこ→マーク(鳥取のT) A hard part of the airport picture? The mark. — Don’t know what’s this about. ・コナンを通して子ども達に感じてほしいもの→夢をもって諦めない What do you want Conan to transmit to kids? To have dreams and not give up. I wanted to mention that the “roughly” isn’t there in the Japanese, just says they’re the same. Stuff I didn’t try to translate because it’s harder: ・緋色シリーズで赤井横顔で目が変更されたのは→屋根が開いてからパッとあけた(目)方がいいかな〜と(急カーブのとき赤井さんは頭を打っている) ・鈴木財閥で変更がいろいろあった件→園子は次郎吉の姪(こっそり変えた) Two not translated that seem even more pointless than the others: ・先生の自画像→ナス(阿部ゆたかさんが描いた) ・佐藤のことを先生「うるさいでしょコイツwwキャーとか言うww」

I speak Japanese and I have absolutely no idea what that blog is going on about.

The kanji Gōshō used aren’t the same used for the Monster Hunter game (that’s just katakana no kanji), so I don’t know whether it’s supposed to be a reference or not. It could also be translated as “spirit hunter”, perhaps more accurate than “monster” is.

出たわね妖怪ハンター！ | There he is, the monster hunter!

平ちゃん往生際が悪いわよ・・・ | Hei-chan doesn’t know when to give up…

Is this a huge spoiler or what? Haven’t read the latest chapter. わかったわ！池田さんが声をやってるキャラは死なないのね！！ | I’ve got it! The characters voiced by Ikeda don’t die!!

I think I may have understood it now all of a sudden… basically says something along the lines of “This time it’s an unusual three-part series”. Gōshō put the kanji for first/before (前), second/middle (中), and third/latter (後) all together before the kanji for volume/chapter (編) to form a slang word meaning it’s divided in first, second, and third chapter. Basically it’s a single compound word that doesn’t turn up anything in dictionaries but has that meaning, I think. I’ll go put that on the wiki, anyway, if anyone has something against it you can bring it up to Fujiwara or something.

Two new ones about Magic Kaito. 今回は珍しく前中後編らしいわよ・・・ I don’t know how to translate 前中後編. 白馬君、紅子ちゃんの事が好きなのかしら・・・ | I wonder if Hakuba-kun likes Akako-chan…

^It’s about the Lum character from Urusei Yatsura which is spelt the same as Rum in Japanese. She’s an “oni”, or “devil” if you want an English term.
