It's good, but I think it's a little bit strange. 「うちに帰って、二時にデパートにいきます。」と言いたら、いいと思います。 "Uchi ni kaette, niji ni depaato ni ikimasu," to iitara, ii to omoimasu. I think it's better if you say it like this, "I'll go home, and go to the department store around 2." Of course, I might be wrong because I haven't practiced the "casual" way, in which people tend to not care about structure, grammar, etc. xD Yes, he/she's asking to whom the question is directed to. But since you are asking in general, my answer to your question is "yes."

I just want to point out that it's good practice to watch out for the long vowels and correct usage of double consonants if you really want to learn Japanese the proper way. ;D

It's out finally! EDIT: Just read File 808. I can't help but think that there's something more about the notebook that Date gave to Takagi. And the ring. I don't think that Date wanted Takagi to give it to Sato because I don't believe that the two are "dating" around that time. (I might be wrong because the DC time is really confusing me.) My voice gets very nasal in my case whenever I speak in Japanese, but I'm trying to get around that. I also feel that I sound like a Japanese schoolgirl whenever I talk, so I'm trying to work on the intonation as well. :/

Studied Japanese for more than three years, but that doesn't make me a pro. I still consider myself a beginner because I still lack experience (i.e. listening-talking to a native speaker, haven't taken the JLPT exams). I'm trying to get a job where I can hone this skills though. (:
