In order to remedy this, Kazuha and Ran decided to take them to the snowy mountains in the Hokkaido for them to 'cool off'. They arrived at an inn in the mountains where it was snowing heavily, and proceeded to be place in the same room. Even though it seemed like it would never work out, a case that happened there several years ago started to resurface. Conan and Heiji were unexpectedly drawn to suspicious people and events that would lead to them... to something neither of them would expect.
