Things I did today: Found specific fabric I've been trying to find for years, and I bothered Kyuu at work. All in all, a productive day.

I'm hardly an expert on ancient China, but even I can tell it's not samurai armor, sheesh.

Shouldn't Jodie and James Black speak english when they're alone in a car together? Just seems more logical, given how most people act in a foreign country, even when they are fluent.

Watching Law and Order SVU. Hostage situation, they *DON'T* block the view of the police snipers. Take lessons, Ran!

I want to point out, since it was treated as such a great thing to hate on, that liking how your feet look is not some oh so horrible thing. I like video games AND shoes. I usually wear jeans (ripped, frequently), but I also just spent all night sewing a historical gown. Liking one thing does not mean you can't possibly like something that has nothing to do with it. :\ Gender roles, or the lack thereof, are not the be all, end all of life and is not how everyone should be judged or treated. I guess I should throw in that I have really sensitive feet, so getting a good pair of shoes that looks nice is a real challenge to begin with. I'm partial to boots, tbh, but platforms really do wonders on your comfort and look cute. There is nothing wrong with looking cute or sexy. It's literally "get it," only with an accent. Cardigans are a style of sweater I am not fond of. Boleros are more of a formal type of thing, as far as I am aware, but they seem to have a casual appearance. Most would think of those being used with an evening gown, maybe in a 50's style, I believe. I'm not too knowledgeable about sweaters. XD

Flaws, contradictions, and plotholes in Detective Conan
MadelineLime replied to Kaitou Kid's Killer's topic in General
Haido City Hotel has appeared several times, even in the anime. -
I went over this on FB at the end of December with my friends. I can't bring myself to read the original link in this thread, as I will probably need a Xanax after reading it... so here's the list I made then: I also might be categorized in arachnophobia, but it's more that I find spiders to be really gross and don't want the fuckers touching me. That also directly relates to when I was about 9 or so and had a daddy long legs bite me. YES, they bite, and it hurts and scared the shit out of me. The fact that I have spiders in my room right now and I'm not screaming bloody murder I think speaks volumes. I can deal with little ones, it's the big fuckers that I just.. can't handle. Tickcapucapitiphobia – fear of having a tick head stuck in your body. Half rational, since tick heads do carry diseases." I def have claustrophobia, and it can even apply to clothing I'm wearing. How this doesn't apply to corsets, I will never know. But I do have a time limit on them... I would snap if someone put me in a straight jacket. I might have "Gelotophobia – fear of being laughed at" Which would explain my extreme performance anxiety, especially with singing. WELP, I figured out one thing I 100% have: "Nomophobia – fear of being out of mobile phone contact" I probably have this one: Tokophobia – fear of childbirth or pregnancy. The thought of something growing inside me creeps me out. Please don't remind me how biology works. I also have this, which considering how I've never seriously injured myself and I'm super sensitive to pain makes perfect sense... "Traumatophobia – a synonym for injury phobia: fear of having an injury" Because of bugs, I might have something like this: Trypophobia - Fear of holes or clusters of holes ~SHUDDERS~

Start with 201? lol

Does anyone else play? I'm on the Cerulean Ocean, which is the paid server in the USA. You don't have to be paid to play on it, though! If you've played PP before, you might not recognize that ocean. They had a huge merger in January, where 6 oceans became 3. Cerulean used to be Midnight and Cobalt... I wanted to challenge someone to some Treasure Drop! Yarrrrr

Do you think more people know of Conan's identity than we are told?
MadelineLime replied to Detective Kudo's topic in General
Yes, but Kogoro is exceedingly lazy. -

True, but what else could she possibly have a disk of that she recovered? I doubt it's a first edition of Diablo or something. XD -

She's been shown to have the one from the fire or whatever that was that she told Conan she didn't recover. I don't have a pict of it handy, but I know Chek has posted it here or on DCTP. Haibara has something with the data still. -
I always thought the fanworks section was for DC stuff. I just... unconsciously thought it was in it's own section because it's fanworks, and not canon things. I frequently get annoyed by non DC stuff being in there, as there's plenty of places on the web for everything else, not so much DC. Maybe because people didn't think they could post it? While I'm here, where exactly am I supposed to post things like say, my resin soul gems? That's not drawings or stories, but it is fanart.

I'm almost finished The Making of Prince of Persia. It's so amazing to read his journal, seeing all the freakouts and worry, as well as all the successes making the beginning of the franchise.

Yes, miss the ground. Is it possible to peel a banana horizontally without a knife?
