^Sure. What I was trying to get to is that you said Classic Arabic is only found in the Quran, which I do not think is true. Nowadays, sure, it's true that فصحى has changed greatly. But there are people who study Arabic or religion who know what you're calling "Classic Arabic" very well and are able to use it. So I think that "Modern Standard Arabic" is just a weaker build of فصحى, while "Classic Arabic" is the more original, stronger, and rarer one nowadays. So I guess I can understand if they were regarded more like branches of فصحى.
