Why is Borbon & Kir's plot progression so slow, to non existant? I want to see Kir act slick in the organisation (without help from Conan) to get some information on them. And aid in the fight against their evil. And find out more about her Dad's involvement and death. I think Borbon is a great character. Way better than Sera. But hardly used. Hope he reavels more of his mission and somehow gets Conan in a compromising/difficult position. I think this call all help the series a lot. From the same old same old. But Gosho doesbseem to be doing things different. Like with the drugs case and all. Hope the variation continues.

I think both Ran and Shinichi will mutialially iniatite the kiss. I think Shininich, when he appears again, will ask her out on a romantic date. Like he did before but got distracted by a case. But this time he is fully focused on Ran. They have a deep exchange and kiss in a romantic setting. Then Ran dissappears.... Jokes Shinich does. And cones and Conan crys with Ran. Thinking about telling her the truth.

Considering Gosho made Sera by request. Do think she is a good addition? Does she make the series better? Does she add to the story in a good way? I percieve many people like her a lot. And it doesnt help with her Akai connection. Personally i find her annoying and over used with way too much air time. And seems like she always wants people to ask her questions about herself. I like that she can fight and want to see that. Preferably with Sonoko's boyfriend. And her back story seems kinda intresting. But overall i find she drags out the story a lot. I wish half the time she got would go to Amauro, as his interesting with his crazy physics skill and stuff. And the Date friendship too. I dont even think Sera ia a long term character. And the character she was based after was much better. A darker more serious character. I think Sera is abad character. And to improver her i hope she is bad and trys to set up Shinichi in some way. That would be intresting.

Alright you guys i like your reasons. I still think Kazuha is smarter tactic wise. As thats a big part of her fighting style. One reason i think Ran is not as smart is because as she is confident in karate she gets too confident and ends up making mistakes. Seen a couple times. But she is definatly the better fighter. We will never know unless they fight in the manga. I just hope this can raise intrest in fans wanting more karate from ran. Coz she is a great character when used properly. Hope Gosho does more of her good side.

How do you know she fights equally with Sera? And Kazuha has show more smartness than ran with planning ways to take down people and even helping on cases. Ran just phones the police. Should be more cases where Ran takes our the bad guy like older cases. With the clues of Conan as she is a goid character who gets wasted. If she was the same smartness as Kazuha she would win tho.

Combat being one of the elements Detective Conan does really well. But does not do enought of. (but the same old suspected suicide turn murder.) I was thinking they should do more diverse fight scenes. And a fight between Ran and Kazuha would be interesting as the animators pay close attention to fighting styles. Ran Karate and Kazuha Akido. I think it would be a good fight. I think Ran has more fire power, and confidence. Having won competitions. Whereas Kazuha has a more composed, unassuming style that is hard to gauge and more defensive. I think Kazuha would win because she is smarter. (I hate how Gosho makes Ran an air head sometimes) but it would definatly be close. I would like to see how they animate this. What do you think?

I though this too. But thought that the one on the bell tree is Akai because of what he said to Ai and his intetaction with Yukiko. But they may both be?

About Borbon its seems like Heiji id kept in the dark. Like Conan does not even want as much help from Heiji regardimg the BO. I dont mind but just seems strange espesially with he little involvement he has had already. Will Heiji take part in thr final take down atleast?

Heiji being my favourite character in Conan. I was wondering if he should play more of a role with investigating thr bo? But i am not sure. I like im appearing now and again. As at the moment i think he has hardly any interaction. But why? Does Conan want all the glory? Does he think Heiji will be too reckless? Or its just not Heiji's fight? Ideally i would still limit his involvement but definately have atleast one case/arch where he does meet and fight with them. Especially Gin and Borbon. But i think he should get really hurt and hospitialized but survive (and epically confess to Kazuha) but then could be used as a decoy for Conan and Ai as i think Heiji can look after himself. But tell me what you think

Thats what im saying. But that would be hard to do. But just as hard as accidentially being around revenge murders all the time by chance.

I think Gosho has been sidetracked by wanting to please his publisher with characters like Sera. Who i find annoying, but she was meant to be based off a fan favourite. Some girl detective that was actualy a bad guy. But yeah the publisher asked for a character like this, and we got Sera who fans seem to really like. But for me gets way too much air time. Ran is actually one of my favourite female characters when shes allowed ti do stuff. Like her fighting is exciting. And her trying to get mum and dad back together is great. But the best thing about Ran is her relationship with Shinich (not Conan) she really likes him for good reasons and is not too soppy about it. She shows loads of strenght in his absents. And even tried to solve a case like him and knows loads about him.and used to get really angry when he used to call after so long. That was good. I think Gosho has forgotten about trying to get Shinich back to his true form, which effects how he uses Ran. As i think and hope Ran knows the truth about Conan but cannot believe it. In order to prolong his bussiness of DC he stalls Ran's character developement to just an obvious girl. Rather than when she is quite epic trying to find Shinich and putting the pieces together.

I think they have both swapped round for me. Used to think Shinichi was too arrogant and though he could do no wrong and when he turned up he'd fix everything and embarasse others by his skill. Conan was helping out loads of people like Mori, detective boys, other children too (like the episode where him and the teacher make that game to involve the new shy kids in class),Ai and others in fun adventures. And really felt bad lying to Ran. Now Conan seems arrogant and showing off as a smart kid. Always runs off from the Detective boys and get glory for himself and sneak off with Ai. And not caring about Ran ad much and is not careful. And doesnt even teach Mori any detective skill for himself. So Mori could help take down the Black Organization. Shinich seems more limited and when he does appear he shows more emotion. Like confessing to Ran first. He also seems less arogant but still kool. And i liked his reaction to the detective boys once when they didnt know who Shinichi was. But he seemed sad that he could not be open with his little friends. Hopefully his next appearance is epic. But Conan needs to fix up

Detective Conan is great and full of great potential. But i have a few improvements: 1.Prevent crimes. Your so great a detective but you cant prevent crimes from happening? 2.Make stuff more realist espicially in anime originals. Some stuff are way too far fetched. 3. Stop making every case a suicide. Then it looks like Conan decides its a murder and puts evidence together to prove it. Basically making the case look too easy for Conan and the way it plays out not believable. 4. Do more puzzels and riddles and stuff in the day to day crimes to make it seem smart. And more physics or other science based solutions like that old monk temple case. That was great. Probably could think of more. But cant be bothered. But if you got suggestions. Please make some.

The make-up technique may be the effect of the poison the BO is making. Shinici's mum is hinting at the secret she (Vermont) wont tell the rest of the BO. But Conan is effected by it and it has a bigger truth.

Never said he needs to tie up loose ends as i kinda never want Detective Conan to finish. Buthe should just focus on the main plor. Not fillers. And if not make the random cases more varied, like robberies, fraud, hits, drug pushing, kidnapping etc. And for God's sake. Please prevent the crimes from happening. If his such a good detective

I wish Gosho would speed up the the plot progression as there are so many things to clear up, that we probably forgotten some of them. And the random murders are just stupid and boring. Have nothing to do with the plot (i think) and does not even build tension effectivley anymore. Just lack of interest tbh. Wanna know bout Kir and her brother in USA, Akai, Sera's other bro, silverbullet, Sherry x Gin, Vermont's MO, Borbon's info from Jodey, Date (KG), the computer programme, aim of the pill, Heiji x Kazuha. I just want more action. I think like how Attack on Titan has real tension with a slow day progression but loads of plot related info and a good level of action and no fillers. I think Detctive Conan episodes should be like that, with cliff hangers to keep up intrest but still make long. Coz i know Gosho wants it to last long to break a record and get money for long to retire on.

I think they need a new shrunk character who is a bad guy from the bo. But works independently. But possibly finds out about Conan and Ai.

Good topic. I think the BO are trying give eternal life and to raise a certain dead person through the pill. As that person has valuable information or knowhow that will help the BO to a more specific longterm mission and goal. Through the programming i believe they are trying to create a high level of AI. Maybe to recapture the persons memory digitally as a programe, or maybe to recreate that mind process. The reason i say this(bearing in mind it is not cannon and other observation are not DC,) but in movie 6 the young boy programmes his personality into a computer programme. And in Magic Kaito the organisation which is not the BO are looking for eternal life too. This shows the author Gosho is intrested in writing on the topic of people exploring eternal life, simular to Frankenstien and the moral ethics of science and now technology (and in Magic Kaito magic/spitituality) this being said every author has a message to give to their audience in an interesting way. And the detective period he works with does not really deal with magic so this is out of the question. I would say that Shinich's shrinking to 10 is a side effect so was the intracable poison and Vermont's none aging (as i dont think she is immortal), and Gin may have a low level of invincibility as i believe this is the true purpose of the pill along with raising the dead. But i dont know if Gin is a test subject, but i do believe Vermont is and she had the ATPX 4869 in a different prototype form, and i think she hates living without aging as she lives for too long without friends etc. I believe that that other monster like man who tried to kill Heiji was another test subject with another varied side effect. I think the side effects might be determined by different peoples Dna personality with the letter frim Ai's mum about the silver bullet actually being a pill and the contasting opposite of the APTX 4896, maybe? They are two different pills are they not? Also the programme maybe able to predict moves and maybe eventsand the future. And we know how much Japanese people love fortune telling. Or maybe they are just making games you can play forever without dying (like one kid did) and it has mind control to trick you that the BO dont have body oder.

Thats exactly what i think about who Sera is talking too. Did he Eisuke say he was gonna join the FBI? And he is Kir's brother so we could have Kir's undercover work in the BO coming up soon. She' a good character. I also think their dad is linked the the boss. And Sera and Eisuke may know eachother, do Akir and Kir know eachother?

I would defo be Heiji. His got a dirt bike, is smart and loves challenges. His like the best character ever and the way he relates to the other characters is great with his harsh words, Osaka ben and impulsive actions to save and do right. I'd also like to hang around with Kazuha even though people find her annoying but i find her fun. i like how they argue but love each other and are scared to admit it or are just slow. His not scared to get hurt helping others and the flaw that he has that Shinichi doesn't make him more able to grow. I like that him and Conan are like brothers and bestfriends. I also like Borbon aka Amuro, because he seems really smart and tactical. I also think he has a different mission from what we think and is actually trying to do good. I know its bad and bad for the storyline but when him and Akia have a showdown i would be wanting Amuro to win. His way better. Akia is annoying and thinks his so cool and everyone says that he is (i think he cut his hair coz he thinks it was like cool overload with Gin) But i do like Akia as Subaru who is cool. But any ways I think Amour vs Subaru should be a close draw but Amuro vs Akia should be a win for Amour to add a little mix to the story by killing one of the silver bullets. Only thing i dont like about Amour is the dressing up stuff. Its good tactically with the Scar Akia but the other guy was too much hope he dont do that no more, but gets more information using more or his skill like when he calculated the direction of the wind to get the reciept. And i like the fact Conan used him for that. I think he (Conan) knows something and is setting up Jodie for a bigger plan when he said "sorry Jodie". She's a rubbish character when she's not acting like Vermont.They need more stories with good female charcters like Kir,(obviouly Vermont but does not need to be said), Yui Uehara, grown up Ai and i wish Ai's sister was not dead, she looked a good character. Maybe a flash back story of her in the Org would be good.
