I remember this cameo! But it's been a while since I've seen it. I took some screenshots and remember it was Pierrot Bolneze who did it, but forgot to record the episode number. Meh. It would be neat to put together a master list of every single conan reference there's been in other anime series. There's one in Nisemonogatari and I think I remember there being one in Hayate no Gotoku. I'm sure there's dozens more.
