Let's take an example. A woman who is about to be raped defends herself. She grabs the lamp next to the bed and clobbers him in the head. The man is killed. In this case, it is neither premeditated or in an act of malice, so it is not murder. Manslaughter is the killing of a human being that is not premeditated, though still with intent to kill (though I believe it does not include acts that are in self-defense). Killing a terrorist. Since this implies that it is to follow out on law, it is not unlawful, and so it is not still murder. I think you are describing just the act of killing a human being, which may have very different circumstances, and not murder as described here. So no, there really aren't any extenuating factors in a murder charge.

Because its.... Well, it's.... It's awesome. It doesn't get enough credit for the things people don't always realize. A flawless series? No. But it has so much heart put into it, maybe more than the author thinks he put in, and maybe in ways the audience haven't discovered yet. "Creations reflect the heart of the creator,", right? I sorta think DC is like homestuck. At first it starts off more docile and with no warning to the wider adventure that follows, and then it gets epic, but you have to wait a little until it gets more complex, art is improved, The creators have managed to stay two steps ahead in more ways than we thought at first (though Hussie in an insane amount), concepts, ideas, aren't revealed until about 3000 pages after, and there's constant wondering of exactly how much we've been let in on, and how much the author even knows not that crazy... right?

to be honest, i have little respect for her. not that she's lost in in a big way, but she hasn't done anything to win it in the first place. I hail from tumblr, you see, if you catch my drift... but i do think her music is fine. back to december is really nice... i just really don't dig her image right now. the whole break-up thing doesn't catch my eye.

I like some of the movies, they are fun to watch but some are just dumb... and none of the directors of the conan movies have really used the full potential that the movies provide yet!! Cmon, since gosho does not look to the movies, and they are not canon, the movies are basically fanfiction:) animated fanfiction! if we get somebody who was actually a huge fan of DC to direct a movie, think of how awesome that would be! like somebody said, I'm really eager too for the inevitable shin/ran drowning scene. but still... *TO CONAN MOVIE 17 DIRECTOR OR WHATEVER* Don't be afraid to burst out of the bubble yo, BREAK THE MOLD!! Give us something different this time >:]

Wow, i'm surprised at everyone talking about how they started Conan when there were in grade 3-5... I only found it in my 8th grade before that, i never really read mangas, because they were never in my school library, but in high school they were. My friend got me addicted to it. by the time I was in eigth grade, i had already had a bunch of fandoms so as soon as she explained to me what dc was about, I FELT IT IN MY BONES. this story, this plotline- "Yup, I'm going to be totally obsessed with this by the end of the week aren't I :P" And I was right! I went home, I went on to youtube and watched so many clips of dc far into the night. DC has had a pretty big influence. I don't know whether I would have gotten that same friend to become my best friend if not for DC, because before that year we were not really that close. It wAs kinda what drew us together. So thank you, aoyama. but It has also wasted countless hours of my life watching episodes and making various fan works while I should be doing something like studying But like that other guy, because of this show i also now want to be a detective!! i dream about it sometimes even though i know I don't have it in me. plus DC got me into other mystery series and detectives like sherlock (bbc), the mentalist, and the motive :3 i just love detectives now
