  1. Haha, interesting! Did you write that yourself? Sounds like a heaven for Detective Conan fans. Please, if you've continued the story, share it with us! Great work!
  2. Yeah, you can say I'm an Anime Freak.

But I call myself: the Anime Master ™

  3. I think that the genres of that anime are comedy/historical, if I saw right. Well, those aren't the genres that I usually choose so no wonder I haven't watched it. While we're at it, if you're interested, feel free to check my anime list. Maybe you'll find something interesting for yourself there, tho I didn't rate any of the anime I've watched.

  4. I think it would be pretty much interesting if it were to happen like this: Under the circumstances, Ran gets into a position where she's about to die, or gets a mental break-down and is about to suicide because she can't continue without Shinichi. Shinichi has no other option but to tell her the truth as Conan, and provide a solid proof in which she'll believe as fast as he can to prevent her from dying.
  5. Never heard. But I've just checked on Google and some manga/anime turned up. Could you be talking about that?

  6. If Shinichi reveals Kid's identity, he'll have to tell him the real reason he's disguised as Kid. After that, I don't think Shinichi would reveal him to the police. About what happens after, one possibility is that the death of Kaito's father is somehow connected to the Black Organization, and that they end up helping each other in order to reveal the truth.
  7. Yes, I'm a born Serbian. Actually my first encounter with this forum was actually the Serbian Language thread, if I remember right. I was honestly surprised that people are getting interested in Serbian language, so that would be one more reason for joining here.

  8. Let's say that Detective Conan is a Japanese combination of Sherlock Holmes and Poirot with some science fiction elements. If you put out that some of the main characters are kids, looking at dead bodies, gathering clues, chasing the culprits and solving murder cases definitely sounds like something for older audience. I don't think that kids would even understand the anime (especially in today's world).
  9. No worries. Thanks to you, my profile page looks a bit more fulfilled. ;)

Anyway thanks again for the welcoming.

I'm currently going through the forum, jumping in where I can.

  10. While being Conan has it's good moments, I think it's definitely something anyone could sustain. Conan has to infiltrate the Black Organization, solve every case he encounters, protect everyone around him. And while he has to manage all that in a child's body, he has to hide his real identity. And that's just a general view.
  11. I see that many of you dislike Genta. While he's definitely not a bright person, he's still a child. It's pretty much clear that he shouldn't be compared with Conan or Haibara. Ayumi is a girl with different view on things, so he shouldn't be compared with her either. As for Mitsuhiko, while he's a boy as well, he showed an interest in science which is an important clue that shows that his style of thinking is a bit different than the one from a normal child, which leaves Genta as the only child in Detective Boys who doesn't have special interest in anything except stuffing his stomach. For me, the character that gets on my nerves would definitely be Kogoro. After all those years of being a private detective, he's still not able to figure out some trivial matters. His behavior at home, in public and while working gets on my nerves as well from time to time. But, I guess that's exactly the purpose of such character.
  12. First, I would make this expression: After that, I would quickly check the position of his hands, and the surroundings with my eyes. And then, I would make this expression: What happens after that, is a mystery...
  13. You know you're addicted to Detective Conan when you hear some short sounds outside the window and instantly think those were gun shots.
  14. I'm sticking with anime. I do enjoy reading manga tho, but just if I have the book in my hands. I just can't get myself into it when reading something online, so the same goes for Detective Conan. I would've probably spoiled something already if I wasn't the way I am, so I'm kinda happy because of that.
  15. If they've only aired Detective Conan in my country, I would've known about it earlier. As long as I remember, the only channel where they used to air Detective Conan was on some cable network which I didn't have (and I found out about that recently). But oh well, there's the internet. It is really sad to hear that after so many years they've stopped airing there at Indonesia, but let's be happy that we can at least watch it somewhere.
  16. Thanks for the welcoming messages everyone! I'll have fun here, that's for sure. Can this even be called a bet? Let's see, I'm from Serbia, and a world-wide known tennis player is from my country. How much chance is there for me to know about him?
  17. Thanks for the welcoming. Phi Brain: Kami no Puzzle is a very potential anime. Well, it has it's ups and downs but, definitely worth watching. I didn't exactly watch ALL the episodes in 2 months but it is possible. Let's say I'm an anime freak so, I'm able to sit and watch 30 episodes/day, tho it happens rarely. Anyway, after about 300th episode, I've started skipping TV originals because they've started getting too repetitive and unoriginal. As for the title, wait and you'll see. I'm sure there will be someone to figure it out.
  18. The tomorrow we're trying to grab for ourselves is not the tomorrow you set up for us; its the tomorrow that we chose for ourselves, a tomorrow that we chose out of all the infinite universes.

  19. As it says below my avatar, I'm from Serbia. Born there, lives there.
  20. The idea came from the anime called Phi Brain: Kami no Puzzle. Main characters are the children of Phi Brain, which means that they have potential of becoming a Phi Brain. I've just put myself as one of them.
  21. Conan looks really cute there! 9/10 for the avatar. As for signature, it's pretty much nice but, it's creeping me out a bit. So let's say: 7/10.
  22. I didn't dream about being one, I WAS a detective! Well, at least I was pretending to be. I used to spend money on some gadgets when I was a little kid, and together with my friend, we would search around the city for "cases". Like going into some suspicious looking buildings/houses, following some blood trails etc. Those were some fun times.
  23. I guess you can meet VN fans everywhere. Well, I prefer eroge VNs. I've read like 4-5 visual novels so far I guess. From detective-style VNs I've read: - Kara no Shoujo (it has A LOT of gore, which I like I guess, and really fascinating story) - Chain: The Lost Footprints (it has just one ending, so whatever you choose, you end up on the same way, but it's still a really interesting VN, worth watching) Tho, I guess I started my VN journey with Katawa Shoujo, followed with Yume Miru Kusuri and Deardrops!.
