I know a couple phrases, still learning kanji, but I get really confused with the verb and its tenses~! I also don't know enough nouns to put m knowledge into action.. *sighs*

Um.. I want to ask "Can I join? I'm a beginner.." in japanese, but I don't know how to say beginner nor join.. ^^; Oh, well. Can I join? I only know a few words and I'm still confused by verbs...
