Currently episode 222 is what I am on now, but I can't seem to find the original version from which it aired. According to this wiki, the remastered version have some scenes cut in the original version, but added new scenes. I want to try to watch the original version of this episode, but since my search has become frutiless, can anyone tell me the exact differences between the two, like are the changes important?

Okay, thank you. And I found better high quality subs somewhere, though I would like to keep this topic open for a little longer in case I stumble upon the lower quality subs later.

I hope that it's not illegal to talk about fansubs here, or if this was already discussed. Starting with episode 115, I the subtitles start to take in a very low quality, which is mostly due do to the timing of the subs. There horrible. Not only that but the text is a little to small and there are even some misspellings. I've stumbled upon these subtitles a lot, and I can't stand them. Is there a revision of the subs somewhere floating in the internet? If not, I can just read the manga version of this case.

I was first interested in Detective Conan when I watched Case Closed on Adult Swim, which was a long time ago. I remember really liking this show when I was young, and I would stay up all night even on school days just to watch it, because I was always interested in mystery's. As the years went by and I got my first computer, I was curious about whatever happened to that show. So I typed in Case Closed and soon learned that it's Japanese version was named Detective Conan, and was still airing to this day. So I decided to google in Detective Conan and here I am today, watching a very good show. I also recently discovered this site that discusses DC, so I decided to join. It's good to be here, and I hope to discuss a lot of good things about DC with the fans.
