Well you know Lupin (IDK about Lupin III) is also a gentleman. And not to mention, like Shinichi has been inspired by Holmes, Kaito Kid has been inspired by Lupin. So in my opinion Lupin is better, he's an amazing make-up artist, makes-up genuine plans to prepare his robberies, is an off-standard actor,… he even forgot his real face.

I've been practicing a bit of jiu-jitsu, and a lot of judo, and now aikido and kobudo. I've always been amazed by aikidokas using their ki power, wish I could learn to use it.

I didn't thought to define what winning is here, good point from this point of view. But for Shinichi allying with Kid even if he knew how much they have in common, I have a serious doubt about it. I mean Shinichi has never let a criminal escapre no matter the reason, as far as I know.

Ok so as the title says, who do you think is a better thief: Arsene Lupin or Kaito Kid? Please try to not vote by fanship toward one character, but rather give good reasons. I'll post my answer later because I don't know enough about Lupin.

Both. I'll never understand that habit that we humans have that is to say some things are for "boys" and some things for "girls". Anyway, tough question though. We could say it's for boys because of the blood and how cruel some murders are, or for girls because of the ShinRan romance. But I think that it doesn't count as a valuable criteria, and so nothing would.
