I think the reason Chianti hates Vermouth so much has something to do with the member who died, Calvados, he was a member who 'appeared' (I use quotes because we do not get to see any identifying features) and died during Vermouth's revelation. She seems to blame Vermouth for Calvados' death, maybe he was a good friend to Chianti or something more.

If the Black Organization learned that Conan was playing a larger part in the investigation against them, which would they be more shocked by. That he is a high school student shrunk by their special poison or that their biggest threat is a seven year old grade school detective? Personally I think both are rather embarrassing.

Has anyone else noticed that the major plot points involved the BO happened once every 100 chapters or episodes? No wonder this series feels so slow. From what is in the manga now there doesn't seem to be a lot of personal information about Bourbon or Amuro, other than Date, maybe the arc is building up to that before the next big confrontation with the BO. As for the theory involving investigating Kir and Kogoro it does kind of make sense, after the failed assassination on Kogoro the BO thought it was a trap set up by the FBI, but it didn't look like Gin was too convinced of Kogoro's innocence in the whole situation, I mean he ordered Korn and Chianti to kill Conan as well for being suspicious before being stopped by Akai. Maybe a part of Bourbon's mission was to see if Mouri really had a connection to the FBI, only to find out about Conan. Although I doubt he told anyone except Vermouth about his suspicions regarding Conan being the mastermind they are looking for. To most of the world he's just a kid, can you imagine the reaction of finding out that the BO's biggest problem next to the FBI is an intelligent kid? Of course except for Vermouth they have no idea he's really a high school detective in a kid's body.

It just seems kind of risky, Akai, Masumi, and the FBI are major plot driven characters in the series and the situation regarding Akai faking his death and appearing in a movie post-'death' would create a lot of situations regarding the characters who believe hes dead. Dont get me wrong I want to see this, but I think it would make an amazing story arc in the manga. 'Someone from Akai's past comes to Japan and targets his sister leading the FBI and BO to ponder the question, is Shuichi Akai really alive? Leading Conan to find a way to draw everyone's attention from that possibility'. I know this was one of the points in the Bourbon arc, but I don't think its resolved yet.

With the detail the crimes are in Detective Conan, I almost thought that Gosho Aoyama was a former police officer, or he has a friend who is one.

Since the revelation about the FBI and CIA investigating the Black Organization, there is something that has always been bugging me. Why is it that the two biggest investigative agencies in America know about them but since the BO operates mainly in Japan, why is it the Japanese police do not know about them? And I think Conan hasn't told the police officers he's met about them in specific terms is due to preserving their safety. Conan knows a lot of police officers and if he tells them and start investigating then there could be a chance they would be found out and killed, with a chance it could lead back to Conan. Although I would like to see Interpol's involvement in the BO investigation, if someone from Interpol shows up in that investigation it would show how dangerous and serious the Organization is.

Now when you think about Vermouth does seem to know more than she is letting on with the characters particularly about how she has managed to maintain her youth. Maybe she revealed how or a hint on how she is able to and there could be a chance she said something about Conan. I think their relationship might have a deeper meaning (not romantic wise) if she is able to tell him things like the de aging and Conan.

How can Bourban see Conan as opposition? To almost everyone he's just a really smart seven year old. I mean he's probay suspicious as to why and how Conan knows the FBI and I doubt the BO especially Gun would think that a little kid would be a potential threat. What if Vermouth let loose some info regarding Conan and about an would wan to investigate out of curiosity.

It wasn't just Akai dying that probably made Jodie a little less herself. Remember she and Akai used to be involved romantically so his death must have made a larger impact on her than most FBI agents. Also she was the one who saw Scar Akai first leading her to believe that the real Akai was still alive and then she find out it wasn't him, but an imposter who was her major enemy. She got her hopes up after being told this by Conan, so I might take her a while to recover from the news.

If Conan contacted Anokata using a burner phone it might be harder to trace since he could dispose of it after use and who suspects a little kid.

I'm always wondering that too. I noticed that almost all of the murders that occurred in the series were by people who knew the victim and believed they had a reason to kill the person. It's rare to find just a random crime where the victim and criminal were strangers.

I wonder what they are going to do about Akai, since he is supposed to be dead, he was before Okiya and Masumi were introduced. I'm guessing that if Okiya is Akai he might revert back to being Akai if Masumi was in danger. If the BO is involved they might have found out that Masumi is his younger sister and would try to save her. There is one thing still bothering me since I saw the trailer, during one scene someone was looking at Conan and Masumi through a sniper's rifle scope and I remember hearing 'Kudo Shinichi' while the scope was looking at Conan. Could the antagonist be after both Akai and Shinichi, but the only enemy they share is the BO. I'm hoping that if Okiya is Akai Gosho Aoyama will reveal it before the movie premieres.

We know that Bourban (Tooru Amuro) was dressing up as Akai to see if he was really dead, he confirmed that, and he was looking for Sherry (Ai Haibara), he saw her 'die' so why is he still hanging around the Mouri Detective Agency after the Bell Tree Express? Now it seems like he is interested in Conan after the Tennis Club Murder, since he was hanging around the Mouris and Conan during cases I'm guessing he noticed that Conan is the mastermind behind Mouri sometime during that. I know Conan is interesting, but I don't see why he would be investigating him and his skills. I doubt he knows that Conan is Shinichi and he didn't know about his connection with the FBI until he saw him talking to Jodie, so is there some reason he would be looking into Conan with only Vermouth knowing about it?

I think Conan's keeping Heiji out of much the BO investigation for his and Kazuha's safety because if it was revealed that Heiji was assisting or running an investigation into them then Heiji and Kazuha would be killed as well as the people connected to him and from what we've seen while Heiji is an excellent detective he does have little concern about his personal safety when his heads stuck in a case. Also Vodka has seen Heiji disguised as Shinichi, someone that Gin killed, so if Heiji came up in N investigation about the Organization he would be seen as a risk and killed. Since Conan trusts Heiji I guess he can help but being directly involved I might be if it was completely by coincidence or Heiji encounters on a case with them in Osaka and calls Conan for help.

I think Shuichi Akai is still alive and hiding as Subaru Okiya. It is possible that Kir (Hidemi Hondou), Akai, and Conan predicted that the only Kir would gain back the Organization's trust was to kill their worse enemy, Shuichi Akai, and made plans to fake his death should she need to do that. The reason they would keep their plans from the FBI would be for security reasons, like the Scar Akai situations. How exactly they managed to do it I have no idea. After his fake death Akai went into hiding as Okiya, with his path constantly crossing with Conan. Both Okiya and Akai have a Black Organization 'feeling' by Haibara and she believes that Okiya could be her late sister's boyfriend, Dai Moroboshi which is Akai's undercover name. Haibara never met him as Shuichi Akai, so she doesn't know that he was an FBI agent. Also Conan would never let a stranger, let alone a member of the Black Organization, live directly next door to Haibara otherwise she and the others would be dead, but since Akai is suspected to be dead, no one would think twice about Okiya, which would make it easier to investigate the Organization in secret. Also there is proof that Yukiko is in on it, as there was evidence of a woman in Shinichi's house and she was with Okiya on the train, and the thing Yukiko does best is disguise, so she could totally create a new identity for Akai. The Bell Tree Express Arc brought in the greatest amount of clues that point to Okiya being Akai, Masumi calling him 'Shuu-nii' while she was unconscious causing Okiya to smile and after getting off the train Okiya opens one of his eyes and it is exactly like Akai's. If Okiya is Akai I just hope Gosho Aoyama announces it soon.
