I hope the second round will continue in this thread, and not create a new one thank you

from my limited experience of having only read half the manga so far (following the Viz release), the dialogue makes me think it's a doujinshi

unfortunately, not all fatalities are immediate... we could be hearing about stuff for weeks on this topic

there already exists a thread regarding speculation on how the end will go

question answered... as it is a point of information that only has one answer, I deem this thread locked

oh, for "ne", you should use Nenene Sumiregawa, from Read or Die TV.... there's this great scene in episode 1 where the paper sisters are meeting her at the airport, and they have a sign, and she walks up to them and says "my name is Nenene, that says 'nununu' "... and Michelle says "Nenene... nununu... ah, la la!" They screwed it up in the English dub by having Michelle say "nanana" u_u

pronunciation assistance again: the "i" in "nick" is a soft i... as there isn't really a soft "i" in Japanese, I think you mean something more along the lines of a hard "e", like "neat" also, it's less than optimal to make an example of the word "ninja", since most English speakers probably also pronounce it with a soft "i"

I have a strong feeling this is going to turn very quickly into everyone seeing how many ways they can find to bash the movie I'm not saying I liked it, because I didn't.... but I don't think this is an appropriate mode of conversation for our forums locking

there's also OVA 9 when Haibara was testing one of her versions of a cure, which changed him back except that he passed out and dreamt that the detective boys were all in high school, and then he changed back again before he woke up

most of the info you're looking for can be found in the wiki... I wish I could be more helpful, but I don't remember specific episode numbers

Case Closed (English Version of Manga/Anime)
Southpaw replied to FlamingFirewire's topic in Anime series
have you seen the TWO-MIX case? it's pretty early on in the series, and it makes it pretty obvious that Takayama-san doesn't really change her voice at all to play Conan -

it's funny you should say that, because he is voiced by a girl... in English AND Japanese... -
Why Detective Conan is also called Case Closed?
Southpaw replied to Kaitou Kid's Killer's topic in General
don't quote me on this, but I thought I heard a while ago that there had been another licensing attempt before FUNi picked it up -
happy for his confession, but please don't post scanlations (or original pages, for that matter) on the forums

I personally get confused when people change their names... you're welcome to change it if you really want to, but then I always go through the "oh, this is that person" thing

I think a little edit is in order...
