no, Ran did suspect a few times already, but every time Conan/Shinichi manage to persuade Ran that Conan and SHinichi are different, the closest one is in anime episode 398-400, when she's suspecting Conan is using SHinichi's cellphone, so they're the same person. what you say my friends.......?????????
