  1. I'm just shocked that the lives I thought they were living were just facades they're mostly guys from what I've heard girls probably do it as well, but haven't shared it publicly yet and no, I'm not planning on investing money in weed thanks for the concern though
  2. The Interview was pretty funny. The humor was on point, but the excessive profanity was a bit unnecessary. I felt that the humor in 21 Jump Street was a bit too forced. Not saying that the movie was bad though, because it most certainly kept me entertained. I'm planning on watching 22 Jump Street when I have the time, and maybe even 23 Jump Street when it comes out, lol.
  3. what, even primary school students? students doing drugs does not shock me it's the fact that I recently found out that there are people I know who are doing drugs I lived in a bubble where I thought those in a certain social group had enough common sense to steer away from them and seriously, how do you even get your hands on them anyway
  4. this thread is discriminatory. what about other search engines like yahoo and bing. jk, no one ever uses those.
  5. watched 21 Jump Street during some downtime a few days ago not bad, not bad. also recently watched The Interview a few weeks ago it was hilarious.
  6. sounded like you weren't happy about it uhh, that's just... weird. And some bad photoshop at best. Geez, the internet can come up with some strange things but that doesn't necessarily make me trypophobic.
  7. ehh, who knows where it originated it has probably been floating around the internet for a while now The FE series looks freaking awesome from the reviews. I am sad.
  8. Found out what a lose-lose situation feels like in the real world. And the fact that either decision results in handicapping someone. Great. Also found out that quite a few people at our school do drugs. Wonderful. thanks for the reality checks. I appreciate it.
  9. The chocolate gets bigger because this "infinite chocolate" trick is impossible. You'll see the area of the chocolate gradually getting bigger after the chocolate gets cut diagonally, though it may not seem very obvious at first. So for clarification purposes, I split the image frame by frame. Here, I separated the 7th and 12th frame from the gif. 7th 12th ...and when you isolate a piece of the chocolate on the right, you'll notice that its area increased--which results in a leftover chocolate square. (red line was added for comparison purposes)
  10. lol, you say that as if it's a bad thing. "trypophobia" isn't a diagnosable phobia, just wanted to point that out it was probably started by someone who was fooling around with photo manipulation ...and thanks to buzzfeed
  11. I have never played the FE series before pls do not kill me :c oh hey, I remember seeing this on random subreddit I stumbled across a few days ago
  12. Ahh, I see. I thought Okabe might've made an impression on you at the very least, but I'm glad you still enjoyed the series enough, haha. -- Tatami Galaxy is a bit of an oddball compared to other anime, and it wasn't until the last few episodes until I fully understood what the anime was getting at, haha. It was a nice change of pace though.
  13. ah yes, rule 34 at its finest I didn't expect any less from the internet ufotable had it coming. c'mon, really? a scene like that? it was some screwed up form of fanservice at best it's hilarious, like, what were they thinking. haha, sorry again for not being able to contribute to discussion. I normally don't follow airing anime, and you know my reasons why, ehehe...
  14. ahahaha, oh my gosh. Sorry, I just can't take Breakerz seriously anymore after Overwrite. Whoever animated ending 42, just... I can't I was reduced to tears because of how absurd and laughable it was. The song wasn't particularly memorable either and the only part that caught my attention was the orchestra/instrumental during the first ten seconds. Then it all went downhill from there. ...and with that said, I don't expect much from this new opening--especially with this downhill trend of openings and endings we've been getting lately. Sorry, Breakerz.
  15. (put in spoilers to save space) The mobius strip was one of my favorite concepts that was taught back in middle school. As for the interview you had, I'd love to read more about it if you don't mind sharing. Also, that Klein bottle reminds me of that one conversation our physics teacher had with the class (seemingly unrelated to the current subject at hand though). Three dimensional creatures cannot comprehend the fourth dimension. Similar to how two dimensional creatures would not be able to comprehend the third dimension. It's impossible. But once you think about certain paradoxes--the Klein bottle, for example--it makes you question ideas like this, doesn't it, haha,
  16. aw, thank you<3 I've been feeling a lot better lately *hugs*
  17. right now, I want this freaking ibuprofen to finally kick in I haven't felt the effects since my last dosage nearly two hours ago, and it's driving me insane I'm feeling disoriented, close to throwing up, and I had to turn off all my lights because of my increased light sensitivity. Heck, even my laptop light is obnoxiously bright despite being on the lowest setting. the only reason I'm not bedridden at the moment is because I can't sleep with this headache. I've been tossing and turning under my covers and I want to kill myself right now. I'm getting rather concerned since ibuprofen never takes this long to take effect. currently praying that my body hasn't developed tolerance to the drug even though it's apparently impossible.
  18. it's a wild guess, but I'm assuming you're not a people person then.
  19. geezus, then what would you do for a Klondike Bar.
  20. hell yeah everyone should watch it, heh. Aww man, I loved the characters, haha. They all provided some form of comedic spin on the show and it really helped lift the spirits of the dismal atmosphere at times. Oh, and speaking of which: “Going to hell for laughing at this. Saved you guys a spot.” (spoiler) Any particular reason why you didn't like the characters? I'll admit that Feyris was a bit much, lol. I recently finished the first season of F/SN and I’m following the second season now. I’ll have to say, I enjoyed it a lot more than F/Z. Actually, it’s probably the background info from F/Z that boosted my enjoyment. Otherwise, I would have been wayyy too confused trying to figure out what’s going on. I’m loving the characters so far, and the art and animation is still jaw-droppingly amazing. I’m really glad you told me to watch F/Z before F/SN because I was considering going the other way around since F/Z is the prequel (meant to be watched after F/SN from what I’ve read). Still a few holes here and there, but I’m definitely enjoying myself so far. Now I’m just hoping the ending will be just as good, if not better, heh. However, I still have one complaint I would like to point out (and this goes to the series as a whole): I think it's unnecessary and rather tacky to let a battle go unfinished for the sake of plot progression--especially when there is no explanation to support it. [hypothetical situation-ish] Okay, so an enemy/enemies (this pertains to both masters and servants) is on the brink of death and your servant is one slash away from killing them and eliminating another potential threat. Why on earth would you just let them roam around freely once more? What could you possibly gain from this? Entertainment? When there's no explanation backing up a decision like this, it makes the battle seem rather wasteful and once again, tacky. I understand the whole concept of chivalry when it comes to servants like Saber (so I'll let those instances slide), but the former is just... it's a bit frustrating to watch, haha. Nonetheless, I still thoroughly enjoyed watching F/SN and I'll be looking forward to the upcoming episodes. -- I’ve also recently started on Tatami Galaxy after a friend recommended it to me. Very unique layout and the way it personifies emotions and life events is ingenious. It has its fair share of comedic moments, yet it’s also able to present its point so clearly by intertwining distinctive characters into its captivating story. The show sets itself apart not only in art style, but in music and outline as well. Don’t be fooled by turning away after the first episode. It won’t make sense at first, but pieces of it will fall into place as more insight on the main character is presented. It’s definitely not your typical action-packed anime so it’s understandable that it won't have universal appeal. However, those of you willing to undergo this thought-provoking journey ought to do it as soon as possible--it's definitely worth a chance. Actually, it's pretty straight-forward in its conveying its message (it will clobber it into your head), but Tatami Galaxy is still something I do not regret investing my time in. edit: jk it's actually a really weird show venture at your own risk
  21. This is the first time I've been actively following an airing anime since SnK, haha. I recently finished the first season of F/SN so it's only natural for me to continue onto the next season, especially with that disgustingly good cliffhanger they dropped on us. Only one episode has aired so far, so I really don't have much to add to the discussion.
  22. what is this door that you speak of can I eat it your world is bizarre
