  1. What we're SUPPOSED to be thinking is, "Did MASUMI kill him!?" Perhaps she was lured in there by the murderer to take the fall. The murderer is probably staying in one of the rooms in the floor below. Conversely, the murderer could've gone to the balcony of Masumi's (and Mary's?... the spoilers seem to be ambiguous about this point) room to plant suspicion before dropping down to their room on the floor below. As for the site with the details about Koji's death, either the Organization or the person who put it up took it down. I'd say the murderer isn't from the BO—this isn't the first time it's seemed that the Organization did away with someone because they heard info about the BO (Mysterious Job; 553–555 and 464–465).
  2. That was in 2012. This cutting of short scenes seems to be a 2016 thing (or maybe just for these two cases).
  3. Shuichi/Subaru discovered the truth during Yusaku Kudo's Cold Case (812-814; 690-691).
  4. BO got caught on camera? Guess they must've figured it ultimately wouldn't matter. A certain someone seems conspicuously absent from this scenario…
  5. When I wrote, "BO case," I was including the "segue" case, as you put it. After all, without the segue, the following case wouldn't have people like Gin in it.
  6. Except the whole Akai family business went on through 51-130 files of the Bourbon arc, starting in its second half—that's mainly where the dragging/lagging comes from (at least, over/under half of it). The Rum arc hasn't even reached the length of DC's shortest arc (Sherry/Haibara arc—176-237 (62 Files)). And with a BO case incoming, who knows what'll happen next?
  7. That's because we're only 52 files in, right? 52 files into the Bourbon arc, we hadn't even hit Scar Akai.
  8. Considering that the AO movie tie-in will air on the very day the movie is released, I'd agree that Black Impact was split up for such a reason. Does anyone know if there's a cut-off for remasters? I ask because Episodes 537 and 538 (released in June, 2009) were remastered in April 2015. This also means that the Clash of Red and Black episodes (491-504) are within the remaster range, so to speak.
  9. It's strange—considering the fact they just aired two one-hour specials—that they didn't just split it up into two, or not at all.
  10. Translation of the 950 spoiler text by Spimer: BREAK NEXT WEEK Had a feeling there'd be a break, next week.
  11. Except we've never seen Rum (at the very least, we don't know if we've seen Rum).Plus, revealing Rum's identity in a non-canon movie?… even if Rum's identity is revealed in the manga before April 16th, it would be a massive spoiler for anime-only viewers (And I'd say Rum's identity is more important than Subaru's identity, to pre-empt the claim that since Movie 18 spoiled anime-only viewers, other movies can do the same).
  12. That's a popular theory pertaining to Rum's identity. That old man hadn't been referenced/appeared before, and hasn't appeared/been referenced since.
  13. James is pissed, alright… Changed Scotch's age, huh? Didn't care for another spy in their 20s? Subaru having red hair not right for you, as well? Looking forward to the next one! You've got me wondering where this is headed.
