It's highly unlikely that Sakurako is changing places like she is changing her bosses (which is not weird, considering her bosses died everytime). In the EYE case, she has her own flat and is not living in the mansion. Both the Itami and the hotel the blog actress is staying in weren't big enough to also have a seperate room for Sakurako, so she probably simply gets there early in the morning and leaves late in the evening. Also, Kuroda was working with the National Police Agency (NPA) and not the Tokyo MPD Public Security Bureau (PSB). His position never made quite clear and 17 years ago (being 33 years old) he wouldn't have been the chef of either of them. Plus, the case happened in America, making it even more unlikely.

Conan and Ai have the bodies of 6-7 year olds and while Mary only looks slightly taller than Conan (except for that last scene in 953 where she suddenly is almost as tall as Masumi, probably a drawing error), Conan describes her as "middle school aged" multiple times (12-15 year old).

Shukichi doesn't seem to know anything and when Kouji was killed, he wasn't a member of the family yet. Why would killing anyone who doesn't know anything about the crime back then achieve anything?

He made a mistake 17 years ago, which seemed to be unknown until recently. I wouldn't say you can completely judge his ability or level of clumsiness just from that. -

[SPOILER DISCUSSION] File 951-953: Soul Detective
Serinox replied to Black Demon's topic in Manga series
It was said in the current chapter 953. -
Or maybe that Conan struggles with dark feelings in the movie, e.g. an overwhelming feeling of hatred and lust for revenge in regards to the Organization or something. We'll have to see; Conan has committed crimes like planting bugs on normal people and police officers before, so it's probably not something comparatively small like that.

For Ms. Heterochromia it says (if I'm not mistaken) "Woman with Amnesia" (記憶喪失の女 Kioku Sōshitsu no On'na)

[SPOILER DISCUSSION] File 951-953: Soul Detective
Serinox replied to Black Demon's topic in Manga series
Full translation of the initial text spoilers by Spimer on DCTP: File 951: Soul Detective According to Conan's deduction Haneda Kouji was killed by "Asaka = RUM" but he's got no further info. Is "Asaka" a full name or not? What's the drug that Kouji was fed? Haibara, who ressurected the project, said that she didn't consider it a poison. And, also, when Gin forced Conan to swallow it Gin muttered something like it was a prototype that hadn't been tested in humans yet... Conan, having his head filled with that, goes back to the Mouri Detective Agency and tries to check up the Kouji case site with the phone but the site's been deleted. Kogoro has accepted an offer by phone to make a guest apperance at a new TV show: there he will hold a talk with the "Soul Detective Hotta Gaito" and try to solve the Kouji case. This show's a late night 1st corner show but if it gets good ratings it might ascend to golden time with Okino Yoko as Master of Ceremonies. Once Kogoro hears that he agrees to take part without caring it it's 1st corner or 2nd corner: Conan's also interested in the Kouji case so he sticks along. Hotta claims that the solves cases by calling up the souls of the dead. It'd seem that some skeleton found in the mountains was, coincidentally, someone else. Kogoro warns that once his pre-investigation and his set-ups are exposed then the media will be ruthless on him but Conan thinks that there's something, some reason why this shady character has showed up. He inwardly thinks that he will expose RUM's identity and silently burns. Conan & Kogoro get to the hotel where the show will take place: the director, Furukumi, arrives late. They then head to Hatto's room. The director whispers that since Conan, a kid, is around then he can say the show is graphically safe (that is, it can be sold as a show for all ages). The director rings the bell of Hatto's door but he doesn't come out the room. The director checks the emai: there was a mail by Hatto about 1 hour before that says "I'm gonna get killed. Help me!". They go call for a hotel boy but they take up a lot of time and effort to explain what's going on to the boy. Just before the boy opens the door the director gets a call but it was a prank call. The door gets opened and the sound of a wine glass shattering rings out. There are footprints that someone's stepped into spilled wine. Kogoro chases those but the owner of those runs to the room next door through the balcony. Once they ask the boy who's in the room next door he answers it's a boy about high school age. The floor below's being refurbished so the price of the rooms on that area has been lowered. They check out the bed and found Hatto, already dead. Kogorou orders the director and the boy to stay behind to do a pincer attack and goes to check the room next door with Conan. Sera comes out of the room, and deeper inside there's... Side-note: "The room next door under suspcion: is the sister outside the domain in there?" -
The following Kaitou Kid movies played off the events of M3, but neither the anime nor the manga did. There is nothing to suggest that Kid knows Conan's identity in the manga and anime, e.g. he doesn't treat him any different than before M3 in the manga and anime.

Why would they have to transition from the Heiji Kazuha scene to the shadow-man? In the manga, the shadow-man appears before the Heiji Kazuha scene too, which means they would've simply had to add the Heiji Kazuha scene straight after the opening, but instead, that one page is skipped and they go from the opening straight to Kogoro taking Ran and Conan to Kawanakajima. I guess they didn't want to pay Yamamura's VA for just that one little scene (probably same thing for the cut Agasa line in 809).
-
Nothing's been stated regarding the canonicity of the movie, so I'll assume it will be non-canon until otherwise stated. I don't know what you mean by "semi-canon" in regards to M3 though, that one is non-canon as well as all the other movies.
-
Yes, Conan knew from the beginning. It was his plan after all, incorporating Agasa for the voice changer and Yukiko, who designed the Subaru Okiya disguise.

He's confirmed for the movie, so don't worry. Let's enjoy the fact that he barely appears in the promotion material (and doesn't appear at all in the trailers) as long as we can, until the movie comes out.

Gosho said in a new years postcard that "Gin will appear in the manga very soon", which is why DCA speculates on a BO case next I guess. -

Yes, for all we know, the BO (except Vermouth) thinks she is dead. Why doesn't Gin question Vermouth because there was no body found? Because unlike with Akai's death, Vermouth didn't use a single, small bomb, but instead a train carriage full of C4. With Sherry standing right beside it, there shouldn't be anything of her body left after an explosion. And any DNA splatters or anything that would've maybe been left would've been destroyed by the fire afterwards. Also, did you really feel like Gin was thinking about capturing her all the time? It wasn't even his mission and between Reunion with the BO and the Mystery Train, I don't recall ever seeing him thinking about Sherry too much. See also: pink mist from military speech when a person blows up, because that's all that's left after a bomb explosion. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7FxzfzWhtCc -

How would Shukichi get his hands on all of these photos from a crime scene in America and details about the crime? Hack the police computers? Remember, Shukichi was 11 at the time of Kouji's death and still a member of the Sera family at that point, so I doubt he was with him in America and even if he was, I doubt he was concerned about taking photos of stuff and everything. -
Well, I guess they just wanted to fill the time in the anime while at the some time generating some interest for the movie at the same time. And by splitting Black Impact into 4 parts, the schedule of the anime fits perfectly into the movie release.

Not yet afaik.

To make the viewer curious and lure him into the cinema to find out? Teasing a completely different character? Did you think Rum would be revealed in a trailer to a non-canon movie?

That could be a bit problematic with Masumi's birth though; 17 years ago is roughly when she was born, so the Akai mother must've just come out of pregnancy for that to work. Why would someone who recently had a child be working as a bodyguard so shortly after? -
They were just eyes, which were never specified to be Rum's eyes.
