Yeah, but it'll probably be years before we learn Rum's identity, at least three-four more (and that's an optimistic guess considering the seven years it took for the Bourbon storyline to wrap up).

Why do you think we are nearing a climax? With Scarlet being fairly recent and the delay because of Gosho's hospitalization, I'm not sure if we'll get one soon.

If you would argue, then technically Vermouth and Sera don't really know too, but they both do, as shown by thoughts. Akai knows that Ai is Shiho and that Conan is Shinichi, he just does and he doesn't need proof, since he has nobody to convince but himself. It's not a real court case, where you can argue with circumstancial evidence and stuff.

The liar conversation was most likely referencing their previous exchanges; Conan lied about not knowing Rikumichi Kusuda and Bourbon lied about not being an enemy of the bad guys. We have no indication of Bourbon being on to Conan's identity, except that he calls him "a terrifying man" once, but most likely he was just referring to Conan's involvement in the whole Akai business and that Conan is way smarter than he lets on. But beyond that, I'm not sure that Gosho will want to go down that route, so I don't think Bourbon will discover his identity (besides, Vermouth would probably kill him if he found out, besides for his other knowledge).

Yes, it is because the anime is too close to the manga. Gosho Aoyama had to stay at a hospital for 4 months this year, with only 4 chapters coming out in this time. So, in order to keep the anime from getting too close to the manga, they have to balance out the 4 months of hiatus in the manga with a longer AO streak. Maybe we'll get the next manga based episode in late January 2016. And yes, it was really, really close before this current row of fillers.

No, he hasn't showed any sign of that. And Heiji woke up because Kogoro hit him during the deduction, not because he has some kind of resistance. -
Highly unlikely that a real Subaru exists. The risk of copying another real person is simply too high, especially if they were not telling the real Subaru. And if they told him, they would've to go through the hassle of explaining everything to him, which is simply risky (again) and unnecessary.
