As someone who enjoys both Detective Conan and staying active, I thought it would be fun to create a "Detective Conan workout" that can be done when watching the show. Please feel free to add onto or change this to suit your own goals or needs.
Mouri hits Conan -- 10 pushups
Takagi speaks -- 10 dips
Shinichi is mentioned -- 15 arm raises
"Case" or "clue" is said -- 25 jumping jacks
Mouri is used to solve the case -- 20 good mornings
Culprit is a man -- 10 tricep extensions
Culprit is a woman -- 15 knee pull-ins
Victim was a man -- 30 high knees
Victim was a woman -- 50 heel touches
Flashback! -- 20 squats
Somebody cries -- 10 bridge lifts
Conan hints at having the answer -- 30 calf raises (each leg)
Mouri drinks -- 10 fire hydrants (each leg)
Someone draws a gun -- 15 leg raises
Black Organization is mentioned -- 1 min. run in place
