Yes, Masumi knows Conan is Shinichi and it seems she knew his identity already during her introduction case. Based on the evidence from the manga, it seems Masumi met Shinichi when both she and he were young. Ran was there too because she has memories of Masumi running away from her and the sound of water.

The internet archive? You'll have to look up how to do google cache. It seems google might have delisted the wiki or changed something about their search because it has been down a while. My personal text backups are probably not going to help people much more than the slightly outdated internet archive site will. Most of the the 25 articles I copied are character articles. I can answer anyone's specific questions if they want a reference to an article while the wiki is in locked for fixing mode. (What episode is the one where X happens, etc.)

Volunteers with experience on wikis would definitely be helpful. For mainspace articles we have 136 restored and 357 remaining to be restored + 50 or so templates, talk pages, and userpages. And a zillion files are still missing. I calculate that if it were just me working alone it would take a month...

I haven't really had time to closely examine the case but I suspect the solution has something to do with the color of the tea. For Amuro, the nickname "Zero" ("Rei" in Japanese) is another Gundam reference. The Gundam character Amuro Ray's given name is pronounced the same way zero (Rei) is in Japanese. I suspect there will be another real reason for Amuro's nickname in-story though. Amuro seems pretty young when he met Elena, like 6-10 years old. (He really does seem to be a Black Organization child.) That would place his meeting with Elena back before Shiho was born, assuming she really is 18. It seems that Elena and Atsushi knew they were going away/dying before even Shiho was born. Given how close Amuro seems to be to the Miyano family, I wonder of that has something to do with the reason he hates Akai. Does Amuro know the whole story behind Akai's betrayal? Amuro didn't seem incredibly upset that Shiho apparently died though so I'm not really sure about that theory. We do know Amuro's skin color is relevant for some reason according to the interview with Gosho, so that is something to keep in mind. Now that Amuro knows Conan met Rikumichi and that both Shuuichi and Rikumichi touched Conan's cellphone (from eavesdropping on Jodie) the only information Amuro is missing is knowing Conan has two identical cellphones and that he loaned one to Jodie in order to get the body in the truck identified. Those two pieces are all Amuro needs now to deduce how Akai faked his death.

Just to let you all know we did have to roll back to an December 2013 version of the wiki like Maurice said, but Maurice managed to save cached copies of all the articles that were updated between then and now! (Go Maurice!) All the mods are manually trying to restore the articles that were changed between December and now. Not all is lost, and we are fixing it as best and quickly as we can. It's a huge job, there are hundred of pages that have been edited in two months and tons of pictures added. Just to give you an idea, here are all the main space pages only left to do. And here are the pictures we need to upload again If I get another update, I will let you all know.

Well, I might have some sort of good news, I apparently have some sort of second sense that the wiki could have eventual problems, so I made backups of the top twenty five most visited articles on Feb 6. I do know also that the internet archive has a backup from Feb 9, 2014 and Google cached on Feb 6, 2014 (If you remember editing something, please look at this resource!), so there is also that resource. Vermouth underestimates Akai and he shoots her in the side. I don't see how Souhei Dejima being a tenant in the house means Atsushi is alive or that one of the people there is Black Organization related. Souhei was Atsushi's childhood friend, and Atsushi left Souhei in charge of his father's house when he moved out thirty years ago to go somewhere for his research (probably to the Black Organization). That doesn't mean Souhei is a Black Organization member, especially since he knew Atsushi before the scientist became involved with the Black Organization. In fact, the evidence seems to be against any of the people in the house being involved in the Syndicate; the Black Organization sent a car to spy on the Miyanos when they visited and then had someone break in to plant bugs and remove them after Akemi visited recently. If someone in the house was a member of the Black Organization, then that person could have spied instead of having the Black Organization send a car and a burglar. Souhei and his assistants probably just kept living in the house after Atsushi presumably went out of contact when he died/disappeared 18 or so years ago. As long as they paid the bills, who would evict them? We don't know if the Miyanos had any relatives who might have wanted the house or if anyone outside the Crow Crops even knew that Atsushi died.
