Datewise no, but we know both her mother and father supposedly died in a fire on the day Sharon debuted on screen. We can make some backwards assumptions and assume Sharon pretended to have Chris (age 29 now) around 25 years old, and debuted around age 20 which would put her debut time at about 34 years prior to the current timeline. In any case all the info we know about Sharon Vineyard and her supposed family history is on the Vermouth wiki page.

I think the boss is a relative of Mouro Kogoro we haven't met yet. The reason why I think so is because Mouri's past and relatives are a black box, which is strange because we often hear about other character's relatives or family.

Regarding Akai's fake death, don't watch it whatever you do!!! The anime botches several key points like the blood in the actual death scene (censorship ruins the bloodtrails!) and Akai stopping James Black (wrist grab, not phone grab!). The manga does it much better.

Bourbon isn't the boss, he's just a spy in the same division as Vermouth.
That's why Vermouth drove up and talked to Gin after the department store case. She was telling him not to shoot scar Akai because he was Bourbon in disguise and he had a plan to trick the FBI.

That's why Okiya gives scar Akai an evil look. He knows Bourbon is pretending to be him and that gives the real Akai a chance to come up with a plan.

Bourbon is the fake Akai. His clever, yet twisted plan is to disguise as Akai, appear in front of the FBI, and watch the way the FBI react to him to trick the FBI into revealing if they know Akai is alive.

That's assuming scar Akai is the real Akai. The real Akai is left handed, and every time he uses a gun, he holds it left handed. Scar Akai used his right hand to fire the gun at the bank. That's one of the reasons I don;t think scar Akai is the real Akai, but instead is an imposter, Bourbon, pretending to be Akai in order to trick the FBI.

I don't speak DetectiveRJB-ese, but I am going to guess that he is suggesting Gin deliberately targeted Shinichi in the first episode on Ano kata's orders because Ano kata feared Shinichi. The problem with that is Gin and Vodka didn't target Shinichi. They couldn't predict there would be a murder case so they would be noticed by Shinichi in the first place. Then after that, they couldn't guarantee Shinichi would follow them to where the transaction would take place. Most importantly, if Ano kata wanted Shinichi dead because he feared him, why not just send Chianti and Korn after him and take him out? Why bother letting him see Black Organization agents in the first place? It doesn't make sense, so I don't think the Black Organization cared about Shinichi at all. -

I always thought it would be nice if the boss was stuck in the body of a teenager because of some aging accident related to whatever made Vermouth stay young. It would make him feel even more like a rival to Shinichi if that were the case. I suppose you could go even further and make the boss look 6-7. Maybe that's why he only uses text messages, because who would obey a kid's voice completely seriously? It would also be incredibly creepy.

I really don't think she would blackmail someone to be her husband. Like you said it's too risky. The guy on the ship was blackmailed for a "good" reason (not that blackmail is good, but it wasn't just random). She needed a case to be there so Shinichi would come, leaving Haibara exposed and alone. She mailed an invitation to Mouri too which gives Conan an excuse to come to the party if he wanted to. Conan didn't take the bait, instead he told Hattori to go.Maybe most of the time, the husband was simply another costume of Vermouth, so basically the entire Vineyard family is Vermouth. /most boring family reunion ever

They weren't watching with a telescope. Kir had a camera around her neck. Akai and Kir's plan was pretty good. It works well on a dark night watching through a camera. He'd kill Kir if he thought she played a trick on him. He almost did so when he heard about scar Akai. Lucky for Kir, it was Gin's mistake and scar Akai wasn't who he thought it would be.

I'm not much of a profile surfing person. I only have 5 pages of comments to your 31. Besides, if I commented a lot, I would be horrendously likely to start listing reasons Okiya is Akai, starting with the matching Gundam name puns, moving onto to the fact Conan knew about where he lived before they met, and then about how Conan lied to Haibara about why he trusted Okiya... you get the pict...
