The eye color thing is an anime deal, so it doesn't really count as evidence I'm afraid. Gosho hasn't made it clear what color Akai and Sera's eyes are really. (Akai's eyes actually look a little blue in the color cover page from Black Snow White Shadow)

On the scar Akai is Sera thing, it could be she upped her height for the scar Akai disguise by wearing tall shoes of something like that, but I don't think Sera and scar Akai are the same person anyway, precisely because she didn't recognize Camel was FBI and Scar Akai already hit Jodie and then went to see Camel afterwards which is a pretty good indication that he knows who the FBI are. That and Gin didn't shoot him like Stopwatch and Detective Kudo said.

The most difficult part will be acquiring papers, but saying she "is not supposed to exist" doesn't mean she can't make a life anyway. Maybe she can claim to have lost the papers, or temporarily return to her adult form and do something about it that way, like claim to adopt child Haibara. Maybe she knows someone from her time in the Org that could forge some for her? Haibara is smart, I'm sure she can manage. Agasa is old, 52, but assuming he has at least an additional 15 years of life left (67), that will mean child Haibara is out of college and can fend for herself, especially since she has already been an independent adult once before. She could go to college again or not depending on her whims.

Based on 778, Camel thinking Sera looks familiar feeds into the "Sera is related to Akai" theory, but Camel doesn't outright recognize her suggesting she isn't FBI. Sera's little smug grin shows she is interested in Camel being FBI and that Conan knows him. Edit: One more thing for the Sera is Akai's sister list, she wears headwear whenever possible like Akai.

Sounds reasonable Me too, me too.Later edit: the wordplay stuff is beyond me, but I just noticed something weird. How could the cellphone wind up in the toilet bowl when the guy is sitting on the closed lid of the toilet? Look at page 11. It's down! If the guy was alone in the toilets per what Camel said, then it doesn't make sense. Also I don't think another person could have lifted the bowl with the man on it and dropped the cellphone in and left the bathroom without Camel noticing. Art error? -

I'm definitely going to wait on a DCTP translation before making a serious attempt. The reason why is that I am strongly reminded of the "Two mysterious people in the car" case where their discussion in a certain regional dialect made what they said sound really ominous. Basically I wonder if "Abe-chan" is short 'cute' way to talk about an inanimate object, the same way Kazuha talked about "candy-chans". Maybe "I poisoned and killed Abe-chan" means "I spiced and ground up my kinako mochi (abekawamochi 安倍川餅)". It would also explain how Hattori got the jump on Kudo in this case; it's an Kansai regional word choice, so Hattori got the true meaning immediately. We've already seen "kill" be used to describe pounding up mochi, so all that's left is for "poisoned" to be sorted out. -

Despite the stalking and the mysterious smirking, he never actually does anything bad and seems to be protecting Haibara. He randomly cameos a lot. He's very polite and kind to everyone, even to kids, except when he needs to kick someone's arse, and then he emits a dark aura that causes Haibara to be magnetically attracted to Conan's back. He's good at solving cases. He's left handed like Akai. He very well may be Akai. In fact, he probably is Akai.
