  1. PARKUR. MOST SUSPICIOUS. JEANS HAS COMMENTED ON CAMMY3131'S PROFILE TODAY.

    ...she must be ignoring us

  2. Parkur, did you eat Jeans? :<

  3. You can't watch Movie 7, along with Detective Conan as a whole, because of copyright issues, unfortunately.
  4. I'm honestly pretty saddened by the lack of output. Sometimes it feels like a spare few people are trying to keep this thing alive. Where's all the people and energy we started out with? Onto business: We gotta wrap this up. Seriously. I've got a few plans in mind, but I'm not moving forward 'till others are.
  5. BAHAHALALAFAFABAHAFALA...ahem. Anyways, welcome to DCW!
  6. Just on a complete random note, and I'm kinda sure someone already said this, but I though the Bar in Barokata came from Barack Obama. Dunno, I just had that feeling.

    Vocaloid

3OH!3 and Scatman make virtually no coherence, yet they still get something across. Limit? Nein. The genres out there strech ad infintium. In fact, if you focus on one genre, more doors open, and you actually broaden your scope. What's the difference between auto-tuned people and Vocaloids? There really isn't one, is there? Face it, they sound pretty much the same. This is where our musical beliefs are so, so conflicting that we will never meet at the middle. Therefore, I will yield, but my opinion does not change. I expect yours to stay the same.
  8. Pretty bad. My books are ruined by the rain. Sigh.
  9. I've been in a bad mood for a little while. But I have once I finished my MM game.

    Vocaloid

I've listened to quite a few Vocaloids, probably, I just haven't recognized them. And stories? That's the tip of the iceberg. Music isn't just about stories. It's the spontaneous expression of ideas. That's how I feel it is, anyways. Music is letting your interior emotions go, transcribing them into song. Raw emotions. I should know this, being a jazz player and also a composer. And emotional songs, huh? How about Big Bang, I dunno. I don't like emotional songs, but there's a lot of Korean songs out there that really pull at your heartstrings. They focus on things from love to love gone to heartbreak to a lot of things in life. Well, we're human. But there's a reason why artists typically focus on one genre and mood, it's because they want to sing songs that feel that way. What's the point of doing something if you don't enjoy it? I mean, except for money, but seriously? Artificial voices never will match a real human's voice. That's just my opinion though. "I for one welcome our new computer overlords", lol. But anyways... And to conclude, here's a song by SOUND HOLIC that I personally enjoy. You'll likely enjoy it as well. There really isn't a coherent theme, is there? But there's an overall mood present, and that's what matters.
  11. Dear Anonymous, I can't stop cracking up. It may sound wrong, but most English speakers should understand. Anonymous
  12. The Okiya is Akai Theory deserves to be the featured article now, if not forever.

    Vocaloid

Lol, you've been looking in the wrong places. There's still a whole depth in other songs that Vocaloid will never be able to fully emulate. And also, the voices. God, the voices.

    Vocaloid

The only Vocaloid song I've ever heard is 'Bad Apple', and I'll be frank, I hate Vocaloid songs.
  15. Simplistic, could use detail. But a nice drawing, yes.
  16. Indeed he has, by my memory.
  17. I suppose so, except the fact that Heatran, Blissey, and a bunch of others can truly wall Glaceon. Ice is a good offensive type, but a horrible defensive type. Honestly, most of the Eeveelutions are pretty bad. Umbreon's a interesting one that manages to fit into several niches, but all of the Eeveeloutions suffer from bad movesets and general fraility or lack of speed.
  18. ^ And also, welcome to DCW! Nice avatar, BTW.
  19. Alright. In no particular order: Azelf - This member of the lake trio is simply geared towards tearing things apart. Give Azelf a Focus Sash and it becomes an effective lead. Give Azelf something that boosts its power (Life Orb or Expert Belt or Choice Specs) and you've got an attacker. Movepool is nothing to sneeze at, and it knows Explosion, my favorite move. Lickilicky - As Smogon states, "Lickilicky's movepool, like its tongue, stretches out to the horizon." Slow, but that also makes it a valuable part of Trick Room teams. What distinguishes this guy from Clefable or Snorlax is, quite frankly, Explosion. STAB Explosion will take out anything except Skarmory and other defensive walls, and Explosion makes a nice smoking crater in them as well. Honchkrow - Gotta love the mobster bird. Moveset and stat spread is absolutely wonderful for a mixed attacker (or physical attacker, if you want to exploi its higher Attack), though Speed leaves a lot to be desired for a Flying-type. Empoleon - Steel-types are good. Water/Steel types are very good. Empoleon makes an effective attacker who can take hits. Toxic immunity, also. Sadly, danged slow often dooms it to its fellow starter Infernape's Close Combat. In addition, Empoleon doesn't have the best movepool in the world. Gastrodon - One weakness, but that weakness is easily exploited by fast Grass-types like Sceptile. But Gastrodon is a very nice asset for a Sandstorm team, because of Storm Drain. Moveset packs quite a bit of variety. Notable mentions: Dialga - Oh man, you can have some fun with Dialga. Steel typing on a Uber is something most other Ubers would die for, and on a Dragon-type as well! Gives it neutral damage to one of the most prevalant typing in Ubers: Dragons. However, attacking stats leave a bit to be desired for a Uber, and it's slow. Heatran - Not sure what's with Heatran and it's status as a great revenge killer with Choice Scarf, but Scarfed Heatran has its merits...maybe? Manaphy - When I imported that egg from Pokemon Ranger, this cute Poke came out. 100 base stats for all, and also has a nice ability in Hydration, even if its situational. This thing got me through the game. Garchomp - My ultimate nightmare. Blazing Speed and absolutely GODLY Attack. Whether it's from Cynthia or competitive play, Garchomp is indeed, worthy of being a non-legendary Uber. Compatibility with multiple sets such as Swords Dance or Choice items makes it fairly unpredictable. In fact, Garchomp is so evil that the only thing that will counter Garchomp is...two Garchomps.
