Although it would hurt, Ran would no doubt accept that Shinichi didn't say anything so that she would be protected. Though, I'm sure during the final battle she'll be stuck in the crossfire anyway, causing Shinichi to lose it as the one person that he tried to protect all this time will be the person that's in the most danger. As usual in this series.

Hence, I'll lock this guy. Those looking for that specific thread can find it here:

To be released on April 16, 2011, movie 15 will be titled "Quarter of Silence". Once more information is known, we will let you know of anything new. Link to the wiki page, as well.

Episode 5 is out, folks!! I would like to speak on behalf of the folks who did this episode, and say we apologize for the sound quality, as apparently the podcast crew had frequent technical difficulties throughout the night. Southpaw can explain it better than I can, so Southpaw, I leave the floor to you~ ETA: The sound isn't awful in the slightest, but there were some technical difficulties throughout the night, and it's a little more goofy in some spots than normal.

The Jacksons - Blame It On the Boogie -
Once out of the other world, I return, with Southpaw, who gives you a big scolding. While you're licking your wounds, I am the King of the Hill once again! Oh, and I've hired Megure as my bodyguard. He will eat anyone who tries to get up here.

Too bad the soup you gave to Jodie was laced with LSD. It looks like Jodie'll be out for awhile... While you're distracted over Jodie's odd behavior, I knock you out with a frying pan. I merely walk onto the hill. Hence, that makes me King of the Hill.

Figured I would start a thread for people to talk about what they're currently playing, and you guys can even update us on if you've made any good progress, beat a game, or are starting a new one. GBA: Playing Super Mario Advance 4, but mostly because it gives me my SMB3 fix. I've already scored the maximum number of points I can get for both Mario and Luigi. DS: The Legendary Starfy. Though to be fair, it's been a while since I last played it. I should re-pick that up soon. NES: I WAS playing Baseball Simulator .1000 until my USB controller died out on me after a whopping five months of extremely scattered usage... I swear, they make those things crappier and crappier as the years go by. Haven't been playing anything on the major consoles recently, though. What about you guys?

Good question. You mean like this article?
http://www.detectiveconanworld.com/wiki/TV_Station_Murder_Case
Non-notable characters, including non-notable police inspectors (IE, one-shot inspectors. More than that do need articles and things of that nature.) should go in the "People" section. There may be some exceptions to the rule, but that goes on a case-by-case ba...

Good eye! Not sure if it's part one or part two, but it is the Kirin's Horn case.

I applaud it. People obviously aren't getting it, so Monsi, feel free to post it whenever people ask it again, and again, and again, and again.

You missed my point, though. I was saying that it wouldn't be impossible for both Vermouth as Araide, and Araide-sensei himself, to be around at the same time. ... I don't understand what you're saying here.
-
PLEASE keep in mind that Jd- said the RELEASE, IE. the FANSUB work, not the movie itself. That wasn't positive feedback for the movie.

It's out, folks! Download it over at DCTP, just don't go and go crazy in the thread like everyone else is: http://forums.dctp.ws/index.php?topic=4409.0

I've always wondered about that. Was it ever said that throughout the entirety of Vermouth's assimilation of Araide-sensei, Araide was never there at the same time? I mean, the FBI found out and re-located him, as Jodie or someone else explained in an episode, right? I mean, I can't imagine they had picked up on it right away...

I only did it because I thought it'd be funny that you're like "YES WE WILL WIN THIS TIME THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT GIRLS" and then I'm just like "42". Oh, yeah. 42.

Why would guys even ASK some of these questions in the first place? I mean, what guy gives a crap about how big or small a woman's cardigan is?

Detective Kaoko, since tacticalwolf is no longer that person's name. Facebook or Twitter?

*we need a nodding emoticon* I think my problem with AiCon, and this is NOT directed at anyone here in particular, is the obnoxious fandom. It's annoying when certain AiCon fans hijack threads in every DC community to talk about the "couple". And hell, I LIKE AiCon. I find the idea to be adorable. I prefer ShinRan, of course, but AiCon is so cute. I just get tired of the fans and their delusional thinking. "She looked at him, it means SHE LOVES HIM~!!@#$" And then their complaints about how ShinRan wouldn't work... really, certain AiCon fans? It's funny, everyone says that AiCon is the most unique couple in the series... but it's really the most stereotypical couple. How many times have we seen a tsundere with a heart of steel slowly warm their heart and fall in love with someone in the end? The defense rests, your honor. Hell, ShinRan is REFRESHING in some ways, in that it's not as stereotypical as one may think. Even if Gosho beats it to death in his series, how often do we see the childhood friends turn lovers angle anymore?

Movie 11 is notoriously known in most of the Detective Conan community as the worst movie of them all. From the slow, confusing plot, to the predictability (Oh, gee, Sonoko and Ran have to do the pose to get the ship, just like the two female best friend pirates. What a shocker.), the WTF?-ness (So Ran has forgotten all of her karate skills?) to the fact that it's just such a snoozer. It's the only Conan film, for me, that I had trouble sitting through. The movies, in my opinion, have gone into a HUGE downward spiral since the 9th one. That was the last truly great one. 10 was OK, but super weak, and they knew this; hence the cast was huge. The 11th was the worst. The 12th was a step in the right direction, and the 13th movie was such a colossal disappointment.
