I'm trying to think of how sunflowers could be used as a central focus of a mystery, though I haven't come up with much. - some reference to Van Gogh, much like movie 3's Rasputin references - somehow using the heliotropism misconception (I'll take Wikipedia's word for this one) - finally bringing math into the series by utilizing r=a+bθ to find the equations of a sunflower's seed spirals These aren't even legit theories, just some things I felt like putting out there. As for a title, maybe Golden Ring of Black? Apart from sunflowers there's nothing to go off of, so you'd be hard pressed to guess even close. Who would have guessed Full Score of Fear after seeing a quick clip of a pipe organ?

Even though no major recurring characters are ever killed off, I wouldn't mind having Kir executed by Gin. This is not because I don't like Kir, but only because I feel like we need to have the BO appear at least a little more ruthless before we start wrapping up the series. It would also counteract the fact that Shuichi has returned and all those warm bubbly feelings that come with that.

Hm, the chapter wasn't as great as I thought it would be. But then again, we're not even at chapter 900 yet, and the Mystery Train arc didn't even line up with a x00 chapter, so maybe Gosho is still planning some major reveals in the coming months. Chapter 900 predictions: We're going to get a chapter involving Bourbon, Shuichi Akai, Masumi Sera, the little girl in Sera's room, the Akai middle brother, Kir, Eisuke Hondou, all the hardcore Black Organization members, a new code-named member (Fernet?), and ANOKATA!!! Oh, and Conan and Haibara will both have to grow back into young adults, and there's no sign of the Detective Boys. Gosho will then take a one month break.

Apologies for the double post, but it seems Detective Conan themes never get much love... According to the wiki, the episode that aired today was episode 737 titled "The Suspicious Walking Path", but the ending uses scenes from episode 738 "Kogoro in the Bar (part 1)" which isn't supposed to air until May 10th. Is the wiki wrong or am I missing something? Anyway, in regards to the actual ending, I thought it was pretty good. It's ShinRan of course, and there are some As the Dew vibes (in regards to the animation, not the song), and AKIHIDE does a pretty good job with the vocals.

I haven't tried accessing DCW by mobile in about two years, but last time I tried the forum and wiki were formatted much like Wikipedia was. I had never tried editing anything though, so maybe that's still an issue? Of course, in the long time since I last checked maybe the mobile site was even taken down? I'm mainly just thinking to myself out-loud; don't quote me on anything because I honestly can't remember much. I am only certain that there was a mobile version of the site working for at least some time. Maybe a moderator can tell you more.

The new closing theme will be performed by AKIHIDE, the guitarist of the the band BREAKERZ (don't worry, he also sings). The song is titled "RAIN MAN" and is part of the new album "RAIN STORY", which is his third album part of the band's "Solo Project". Ignore my latter two suggestions, I just can't think of anyone/thing significant that hasn't already been featured sometime in the past.

Maybe it's just me, but I miss it when Gin just went around killing people. He needs to do more of that. He's been getting soft. Though seriously, even if Gin appears briefly talking with Vodka, I'd be happy. He's always a few steps behind anyway.

According to the official website, it appears the official English title is "Dimensional Sniper". And Kou Shibasaki is singing the new theme song titled "Love Searchlight". If I recall, she appeared as a guest seiyuu in M17. It seems the directors can't get enough of the Battle Royale star. I'd almost forgotten how exciting new movies could be. I'm trying to keep my expectations low, but after that trailer...
