As the title obviously states, Mai Kuraki will be releasing a new single on the 31st of October titled Your Best Friend and it will be the 40th ending of Detective Conan. It's nice to see Mai is actually making some new singles. She's had a long DC dry spell, though she has been busy with her two most recent singles: もう一度 and 1000万回のキス. I wonder if she purposely planned to release this new single on Halloween, though I obviously doubt it. And title itself is corny to say the least. But I have faith in her, and I'm sure this will be a good song. EDIT: The ending as already been uploaded to YouTube! Out of all the characters that could possibly get on my nerves, the one that pisses me off the most is Kaito Kid. I can't, as of right now, think of anyone that would even make a close second.

As for why it's a murder, everyone had already mentioned the main things I noticed: the key, the knife angle, etc. No need for me to elaborate any more.

This case doesn't seem to be the most exciting, but I guess I'll continue to read it anyway. Let's just hope the next few cases go by fast so we can get to some more plot advances.

If you just check the wiki, they have all of them, from Shinichi all the way to Apollo Glass. But I also think the next one will be Sera. As of Volume 74, I don't really know... But when the next BO arc comes around, I'm guessing they'll have Scar Akai or Bourbon or Korn or Gin or any BO member that hasn't appeared in a keyhole yet.

Oh no, actually, I didn't mean it would be simple or easy to solve, but more so that it won't be anything as crazy as the last case, which stretched on for weeks... I'm not that great with solving cases. I understand all DC cases are difficult to solve...

I'm pretty sure the BO members know who Anokata really is. Irish, in M-13, apparently wanted to bring Conan to Anokata to get Gin in trouble, but how would he be able to do that if he doesn't even know who Anokata is? That means it would have been impossible for Mouri to have ordered Gin to snipe himself out of his agency, assuming Gin knew Mouri was the Boss.

Hmm, seems to be one of those simple not so exciting cases. Hopefully, this case will be over in the next chapter or two so we can get more plot development.

I don't know if this is the right section, but I'll put this in here anyway. Being the weird person I am, I obssess over the handedness of people. I pin-point and spot left headed people in split seconds when they use their pencils or pens when other people usually don't notice or care. So one day I decided to see if any of the DC singers were left handed. These are my incomplete findings, because I mainly chose the most famous singers: B'z : right handed Mai Kuraki: right handed Garnet Crow: right handed Rina Aiuchi: right handed Zard: right handed Breakerz: right handed Two-Mix: right handed (ambidextrous?) Megumi Hayashibara (Haibara's voice actor, also a singer): left handed These findings were based off of one thing one: which hand they held their microphone in. Though singers do occasionally switch the microphone to their weaker hand, that's only if they get tired or if they have to do some motion with their dominant hand. For the most part, judging from PVs and live recorded performances, the singers almost always held the microphone in one of their hands, with the exception of Garnet Crow who held it in her right hand about 80% of the time and in her left hand 20%. Two-Mix used her left hand everytime, but used her right hand to write in an animated PV, hinting she is most likely a righty, but with left handed tendancies. Megumi Hayashibara is assumed to be a lefty due to the constant use of her left hand. Remember, these are only assumptions, and nothing is comfirmed because there is no information about the handedness of these people online. I never read fanfictions (unless they're by Sayomi for obvious reasons) so I didn't exactly get that same feeling you did. And M-13 wasn't a cheap rip off that was overly advertised. They gave the fans what they wanted (BO, action, etc.) and they kept to the bare basics (don't change the story plot, etc.). They had to make both the fans and Gosho happy. They did their best I think they did a good job. People really shouldn't complain that much.

I've watched M-11 three times (don't ask) and I have to say, though it gets a hair better every time you watch, it's still my least favorite. M-14, which is my second least favorite movie, might fall below it only because of this one reason: the more I watch M-11, the more I appreciate it, but the more I watch M-14, the more I dislike it. If I watch both movies more and more, M-14 will strangely become even worse than M-11.

Hm... The title reminds me of that other old case where a Kogoro imposter is killed... I just don't remember the exact chapter or episode. And I hope this case will be good. Gosho's had a long time to consider when to push the plot forward and even if he doesn't make a plot development, I'm hoping the case as a whole is good.

This is just a thought (and a stupid one at that), but what if Tequila and Vermouth are related in some way? Maybe in a romantic sense? Tequila's a high ranking member, even though his time in the spotlight is cut short by the bomb. It's very possible that Vermouth, being in a sexual relationship with Gin, was also in a sexual relationship with Tequila. And maybe that cat noise, as Chekhov as mentioned in some post somewhere else, is actually a baby but is actually Tequila and Vermouth's baby instead of the more common Gin and Vermouth baby. But that's a different theory for a different topic. I guess I should also add in two more cents about what I think about the computer program. Anyway, I think that this computer program isn't really directly involving immortality, but is more about increasing and enhancing brain function. Because even if you live forever, there's only so much a brain can store. And when your memory runs dry, you might as well be dead. So maybe this program has something to do with increasing the amount of knowledge a human brain can process, possibly by having surgery and inserting some super chip in your brain. And maybe that super chip is really small so though it's still possible to do the actual computer work, transferring and creating and working with the chip's interior would be nearly impossible. But this is just a theory and I'm not that great with theories. But, like I said before, this is just my two cents (four if you count the Tequila and Vermouth relationship).
