Reading....I can only borrow books/manga/anime from the library, and I don't think they have the anime..

My library doesn't even have it. All they have is Tokyo Mew Mew...
I read the scanlations when the come out. In my opinion, the manga is much better, but you should watch the National OVAs if you get the chance because the animation is amazing, and it follows the manga completely, so there's no annoying bits.
