You haven't enabled your messages apparently. In the upper right hand corner there should be a blue box with your avatar in it. Click your name to open the pulldown tab and select settings. One of them should enable messages. I can't do it for you unfortunately.

the profile comment/ messaging system is set up by each individual user... if you wish to communicate with them using private messaging, you will need to ask them to turn on that feature
