  1. Dear Anonymous, Stop lying. No one likes a liar. And it's so easy to break someone's trust. It's ten times as hard to earn it again. Now stop acting like a kid and trying to seek attention. ~ Anonymous
  2. Alright, I'm gonna go and say that no one should post except for Aeyra (that includes you, Moho) from this post on. It's the 11th, so we're really quite a bit past our due date. If Aeyra doesn't post a concluding post soon, I will. *readies the bombs*
  3. Hmm. Any good?

Nope, haven't tried it and honestly, my curtains are closed like 90% of the time. I don't really care about Gangnam style, tbh. We did have an impromptu flash mob do it in the dining hall though...

  4. I love your profile picture.

  5. Only two people have been posting for the past three days...at any rate, there's no point in pausing it here since the deadline is tomorrow anyways. After that I'm going to be asking someone to lock this thread.
  6. Dear Anonymous, I don't mind if you drink it. Not at all. I just mind if you drink it without asking me. Just going and opening it even though my name is clearly written on it. It pisses me off. ~ Jean
  7. Yes. In order to not cause more confusion, that person is simply out, there is no replacing him/her.

  8. Some mods forget about this rule, but yes, if a participant didn't post in a certain # of days, they'd be disqualified.

  9. Alright guys. So, Aeyra said to finish this up by October 3rd but it's October 5th and there's still no sign of an ending post. You guys have continued on, somewhat sporadically but nevertheless, you've pushed it on. I don't want to cut into your thread since I haven't been keeping up with it and I don't want to mess with Aeyra's modding. However, I'm a little worried that things may go awry if everything continues this way. So I'm going to say you have five days to wrap this up, unless Aeyra decides that she would like to cut in earlier. I'm hoping Aeyra will still be posting the final post. EDIT: Apparently Aeyra has no time to put an ending post. It would be appreciated if participants wrapped up within a week. EDIT 2: Ok, five days it is. And then Aeyra will blow up the Earth will zooming off in a rocket while cackling.
  10. What happened to "I don't delete PMs anymore"?

  11. Can't say for certain, but I'm pretty sure you choose someone from the list, PM them asking if they'd like to be your roommate, and then PM Moho together with your names. If you don't have a roommate by the end of the night phase (you have about two and a half days left), you'll probably end up getting one randomly (or whoever's left).
  12. Meh. You never know, I might disappear and never come back. You'd never know. Anyways, I think that we'll consider that after we've decided whether or not the moderating class is a good idea. Any more ideas about improvement or whether or not it's good?
  13. Hmm, I suppose it could be considered but it's a little vague at the moment and needs working out.
  14. Hmm, something like that. I suppose you could put it that way. That's still up for debate, on whether or not it should be public or not. I'd like for everyone to join in, but that'd be a little difficult so we might do two smaller sessions simultaneously (first come first serve). If we get really complex, we can have different subjects that you can choose (with very small "classes") and we can have different "themes"...but let's wait until we decide if this is a good idea or not. Let me see if I got your idea right. People sign up to mod, have maybe one week to decide on a simple plot and then rotate in shifts on modding when the round starts? Is that correct?
  15. Okay, I was a little unclear. Critiquing does not equal grading. Critiquing means you look through the RP with a critical eye and you give feedback. It's not "grading." Passing or failing is not what I'd used to describe it. The "teacher" just says if they feel you're ready to moderate a real round. We need more people to moderate who we believe can keep the storyline going. If you don't "pass", or if you don't sign up, you're still allowed to host. Again, there is no grading system. I may have mentioned scoring/grading before, but I don't know what I was thinking originally.
  16. Something like that. We'll discuss the best ways to moderate and how to work on it. Each week, we'll have a mini RP and one of the "students" will moderate it. At the end of the week, we give critiques and feedback on each other's performances. Then, next week another student will moderate, and so on.
  17. Poll Question Should we have a "moderating class"? A moderating class would probably be a small group of people, first come first serve. It would be a basic course (details still a little sketchy) on moderating with a different person moderating each week. Critiques would be given at the end of the week from peers and the teacher(s) as well as a score/rating. Classes would probably be classes of 5 and each session would last for 5 weeks or so. We might have a few classes simultaneously. Vote yes or no in the poll. After the 5-week course, the teachers will determine whether or not the "graduates" are fit to mod DCW IRL rounds. Those with the teacher's approval may sign up for modding, even if they have yet to experience two DCW IRL rounds.
  18. Dear Anonymous, I've said enough. ~ IU
