^ Could be. Haha But nevertheless, we all enjoy deciphering this big mystery, right? `
-
We can consider this one as one of the hardest mysteries to solve in this series. I think unless Aoyama gives us the defining hint, it will be hard to know who Subaru Okiya really is
-
I do believe he's starting to enjoy a little bit being Conan. Although he still has his top priority of getting back to Shinichi.
-
I agree. If the organization has kept the whole thing from the police, or even the higher person, I don't think a cmmon reporter/journalist will have a deep knowledge about them. Unless, he has a history with the BO, or he has some connections inside.
-
Do you think the organization really has some "connection" from the police?
-
More justification about number 2. Most of the time, he's been dealing with the Detective Boys. So, it is just ordinary for him to act like a normal citizen. It would be suspicious if he acts like an FBI agent in front of them. Oh yeah. I think so too. Plus, Gin already hinted about him being Bourbon as they halted the assasination.

I'll be posting some ideas to support my claim that Okiya Subaru is really Akai. Some of these may have been mentioned already, but to express my claim better, I will post it anyways. 1. The idea about "fingerprint" plot that may have been created by Akai, Conan, and possibly even, Kir to prove that Akai is supposed to be dead has been exposed. It is possible that Rikumichi's fingerprints were the ones that were seen in the cellphone as the police verified it. Meaning, the burnt body that was retrieved from the car could have been Rikumichi's. Akai brought Rikumichi's body in that meeting at Raiha Pass. And before the car exploded, he managed to leave the scene and exchange it with Rikumichi's. 2. "Smiling" Okiya isn't a strong evidence that Okiya is not Akai. For the record, we haven't seen Akai mingling with other people aside from the FBI. And now that he's Okiya Subaru, he needs to be acting more like an ordinary citizen, than acting as an FBI agent. So, that could well explain why Okiya is always smiling (he kinda overkilled it. ). 3. He knew that Bourbon is Scar Akai. In that mall bombing incident, he saw Scar Akai within the vicinity. And from that alone, he assumed that Bourbon was trying to see FBI's moves if ever they see Akai alive. This could well explain why Conan was shocked hearing an Akai-look-a-like with a burnt face. Probably, he thought that a BO member is trying to mess up the situation. He knew from the start that Scar Akai isn't the real Akai, as they've planned already that Akai will be disguising as Okiya. 4. And lastly, in EP 581, it started with Okiya looking outside. He saw Gin's car and Chianti awaiting for the victim with her sniper. Then as he was about to leave the room, he said, "However... For those holding their breath, waiting impatiently for their prey in this heat, I'd like to treat them to some hot, bitter coffee. Strong words from AKAI SHUUICHI ;-) P.S. I assume that Kir is still puzzled on the real identity of Scar Akai.

Yaoi for me is very distrubing. I mean, just the thought of what they are doing turns my stomach upside down.
-
Eri Kisaki? I mean, had she was the boss of the organization, this story might have ended already. Kidding aside, I don't think she's the boss. But, it would be interesting if she'' allow Ran to be hurt by the organizatio, if ever she's really the boss.
-
^ Well, we never know. Your "improbable" deduction might be what Aoyama is exactly thinking. ;-)
-
It's not really a quote, but Conan loves to say this whenever he's forced to do so. "Edogawa Conan, tantei-san."
-
Gin. Mainly because he's the only criminal I know in DC that is merciless. He doesn't care on other people's lives.
-
One of Conan's signature saying: "When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains--however improbable--must be the truth"
-
This is exactly my reply to @Detectie Kaitou. I mean, they're the notorious Black Organization. If a simple, unconscious-about-the-situation Ran felt something about Okiya, why wouldn't the B.O. feel the same. Plus, there are some glaring similarities about Okiya and Subaru. About using Conan's voice changer to make look like Akai infiltrated the B.O. once again, as what @Chekjov MacGuffin said, it would be very improbable to get a codename so quickly for Rena to relay the info that fast after he was released by Conan and Akai's plan. So yeah, I'm still sticking with Akai-is-Okiya-only rule.

Cute and lovable.

New character. And I would love to see the anokata being a girl.

Never. It would be fitting if the ending of this pursuit will be like their father's.

^ Nice theory. But, do you think the Black Organization will fall for the same trick twice? For me, they are too witty to be fooled by the same man twice. Well, not if Akai is really that damn good. Aoyama really made the "guessing game" interesting by making both Akai and Bourbon connected very well to the drink Bourbon, both being their favorite. Maybe, your theory has something to do with the fact that Akai loved to drink Bourbon. And once again, he joined the Black Organization and in some ways, named after that alcohol. His aim is to once again spy for the FBI. But, what's a bit complicated about your theory is the fact that Akai is still alive and is still "Akai" by the time Kir revealed that B.O. activated a new member in the name of Bourbon. I don't think B.O. would be that foolish to fall for the same trap Akai did, whole they are on a hot pursuit of Rena, who is under the watch of FBI, who still had Akai by then. I'll stick to the famous theory. Akai is disguised as Okiya SUbaru. Conan knows it as this was part of he and Akai's plan. Scar Akai, which I strongly believe is Bourbon, is trying to pinch the nerve, so to speak, of the FBI and make things complicated for them. If this theory is indeed true, I would love to see who's plan will succeed, Conan and Akai's plan or Bourbon's witty plan?

Sato is so attractive because I like her very strong personality. She's so strong yet she's very beautiful.

I love the opening Ai wa Kurayami no Naka de. ;-) That's the opening during the CLash of Red vs. Black story arc. So upbeat!
-
^ That would be nice! I think i have read somewhere that the organization that Kid is after is not the Black Organization. Or is there an event that I missed where Kid interacted with the BO?
-
LOL If the needle stick on the person/object that i hits, I couldn't imagine what Kogoro would look like.
-
Gin could be a devil sent from hell (being a certified killer), but just like Conan/Shinichi, Kaitou's wits and slick moves will make all Gin's plans fail. But, Kaitou must think of something on how to stop Gin. He can't be relying only on his wonderful magic tricks. That's only used for entertainment and disguising purposes.
-
I would love to see Shinichi/Conan, Hattori, and Kaitou Kid (even though he doesn't care with the BO thingy) work together and defeat the Black Organization. That would be one helluva episode. How about you guys, what kind of episode would you like to see these trio working together?

Favorite Black Organization Episode or Story Arc
KudoKun18 replied to Akazora's topic in Anime series
Most exciting would be the Black Impact EP. Especially the part where Akai used a sniper to give Gin a dose of his own medicine. Nevertheless, everyone would agree that every episode that the Black Organization is in is their favorite.
