    Restart Emerald, then fight every pokemon you come across. Don't try to avoid tall grass. That=over -leveling easily. Moho, if you play through the game naturally, then your pokemon will have unwanted EVs. From experience.

    Thank you for knowing that. You are not like the immature girls in my class at all. Every time one of them sits near me, they want to copy me on a test.
