    Eisuke

He has potential to be a cool, awesome character, I think. I'm sure he'll do well as a spy or police officer or something of the sort in the future.
  2. OMG BRB translating EDIT: Wow, this thing took me forever.
  3. I'm glad my efforts are not wasted. ^^ I thought about buying that magazine from Amazon, but I can't log on to the Japanese Amazon, and when I try to register they tell me that my e-mail isn't valid. I'm not sure how you can buy that stupid magazine - does anyone happen to be in Japan right now? Anyone care to spend ~$6 for the magazine and scan the relevant parts? I'll gladly translate (and I'm sure others will volunteer, too), if the scans are available.
  4. Ooh I found a blog that elaborates more on the interview here. Let me translate the relevant parts . . . Hmm, there's already a divergence between what the 2chan people said and this person. I'll update my original post now . . .
  5. Glad you guys like it! ^^ I just edited my post a little: EDIT: Ooh I found the magazine on Amazon . . . Word is that another magazine called Mystery Magazine did an interview with Aoyama and the issue will be sold on April 25th. I'll be sure to post any spoilers that comes out of this here, once it's published.
  6. THIS SPOILER IS REAL. DO NOT READ IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE SPOILED. EDIT: TRANSLATION OF FULL INTERVIEW HERE EDIT: As promised, I looked around Japanese blogs to see any news on the Aoyama interview with Mystery Magazine. The big scoop, confirmed by the press release and two bloggers, is that
  7. はじめまして。^^ Cool, I love German! Wish I could speak it.
  8. When you've followed the series for 14 years. Fourteen years
  9. LOL yes LET'S GET KOGORO AND CHIBA AND TOME UP IN HERE GUYS
  10. @Chekhov Glad you like. I also want to point out that those posts that Miku made are called '呟き (tsubuyaki)' in Japanese - this translates to 'murmurs' in English, but apparently, this is Japan's way of saying 'tweets'. So Japanese people understood Miku to have used Twitter to make those posts - Gosho grouped the tweets the way he did to throw people off about who Miku was talking about, I think.
  11. Aww, I wanted to vote for Takagi or Shiratori.
  12. I can answer that. The original Japanese was ambiguous - it didn't specify who had the wet hair. I can tell you that there are Japanese people who thought that the elephant was the one with the wet hair. Also, lookee what I found on Japanese blogs! I think that this is the kind of info you guys would love: 光井珠美 (Mitsui Tamami):ツイッター (tsuittaa = Twitter) 湯地志信 (Yuchi Shinobu): YouTube 二瓶純夏 (Nihei Sumika):Facebook 沢栗美紅 (Sawaguri Miku):GREE、mixi (popular Japanese SNS's) 降塚屋 (Furitsuka-ya): フリッカー(furi[small tsu]kaa = Flicker) Pretty cool, yes? This would go with your theory, Chekhov, since out of the suspects (and Miku, I guess), YouTube is the only site that's not quite an SNS.
  13. @IdentityUnknown Hmm. Let me find something, then . . .

  14. Nice and crazy, then. :-D EDIT: @Aeyra, sure, call me whatever you'd like.
  15. Thanks everyone You're all very nice
  16. I can't think of any way that Mitsui/rat could be the culprit - the culprit locked the room to make it look like a perfectly sealed room, then (according to Isao) escaped through the balcony. Mitsui ran out of the front door. I agree with what some of you are saying, the culprit probably isn't the rat. Hi, btw. *waves*
  17. @Officer Kaoko: He he, I love those cat emoticons! Since it's nearly impossible for me to find much info on Aoyama's interviews on the Internet (I even search around on Japanese websites), I didn't expect to find such a quick answer.
  18. He he, now I know what IdentityUnknown means. XD Nice to meet you, too! @Meitantei Holmes Cool, we're bros in being like Holmes, then. *fist pump* Huh, that rhymes. There was a time period when I thought it was childish to use emoticons, but now I don't care anymore. I should be who I am instead of trying to be someone I'm not to be popular/well-regarded, I guess.
  19. @IdentityUnknown: Thanks for the info, it was very informative - a 'long and warm' welcome, indeed. Though, I have to tell you that I'm something of a recluse, so I don't know how social I can get, but I appreciate it nontheless. @Saymomi: *Shakes hands with you*
  20. @IdentityUnknown Oh cool! Thanks! :)
