Tsukiko sighed. "Hmh, she didn't answer. Maybe she has changed her number... I'll try again later..." She headed to the elevator and walked to the hotel she was staying. Luckily it was pretty near Tsuutenkaku Tower. At her room she opened her laptop. For some reason there weren't many people online at DCW. Tsukiko yawned. She needed to sleep.

Tsukiko noticed a pair of binoculars nearby and walked to them. She put a coin in and started obseving the surrounding city. A few blocks away she noticed a familiar looking girl who was buying some okonomiyaki. "Ah, isn't that KKLT?" She smiled and took her phone. She chose a number she had got from KKLT after their adventures in New Jersey. Tsukiko pressed the call button. At the same time she noticed another girl. "Hmm, wasn't she outside of the tower too? Did she follow me?
