Okay, beacuse of my mum I had to interrupt this but now I continue.(and put the same beginging) -- -- -- Shannon turned to watch the gps-screen in front of her. Three spots had stopped and one spot was coming towards them. "I'm not interested where they are now but where they are coming from..." The woman mumbled and pressed a button in the screen. The device showed where the spots had been earlier: coming from a builing. "Hmm... how about ten seconds earlier..." Shannon pressed another button and the spots changed their position again. Vanished was a better word for it though... "Isn't that place?" Shannon frowned. She had never been in that building but she had heard about it a lot. A perfect place for observing the whole city. Ten minutes later Shannon rushed through the corridors. She had gotten in with an emergency code(36373629) and was now looking for the girl. After a while she found her, lying on the floor of the monitor room. "Leah!" She automatically used that name. "Thank god, she is just unconscious..." The FBI agent thought as checking the girl's pulse. "Hey, wake up. Leah... I mean, Laela." She shook the girl's shoulders gently and the girl frowned a bit. "Uh... what..." "Are you alright?" "Think so... I guess I fainted..." The girl sat up carefully, holding her head. "You shouldn't push yourself too hard." Shannon helped the girl up to stand on her own feet. "I just looked for some information..." "What kind of information?" "No-, Nothing special..." The girl put the paper she was still holding in her hand to her pocket. Shannon gave her a look she didn't believe that explanation at all but nodded. "Well, it seems you are alright. But you must be really careful." "I know." "Let's go." "Let's - what?" "You heard me. We are going now." "Where?" "To meet everyone else. And I think you really need some fresh air." The girl followed Shannon to the woman's car. It was a dark green sportscar. "Is this new one?" "Pretty much. I had to leave my van to Canada so I bought this beauty." "I see." They climbed in the car. Shannon gave a few items to the girl. "Tsukiko's cell phone and notebook. And a pistol for you." "And this?" The girl put the first two items to Tsukiko's shoulder bag she had taken with her just in case. Now she was holding the fourth item. It was kind of badge, very offical-looking one. "Open it." The girl opened the badge. "This..." "It's your FBI badge, I have a similar one. Look at the date when it should have been given to you. One week before you died." Shannon started the engine of her car. "Leah Satinwhite... It has been a while since I was called with that name." The girl put the badge to the pocket of her jacket and tied her hair to a high ponytail. "Now I'm more determinated than before. Let's go." "Hmm... Ponytail... You didn't use that hairstyle when you were at the organization." "Isn't it just good?" "It really is." Shannon hit the gas and the green car drove away from the 'observation point'.

Shannon-time! (Oh, this was kinda long...) -- -- -- Shannon was driving around NYC with her car. After talking with that girl, Laela, she remembered an accident that had happened three years ago. *Flashback* "So you are going to Canada? To that organization?" Thirteen-year-old Laela - or Leah Satinwhite, like she was known earlier - asked from Shannon. They were on their way to a training center with some other FBI agents. "Yeah, some months and I'll be there. I heard that my half-brother Crispin is there too. As a mole of course. He'll help me in the begining." Shannon answered. "Aww, I can't meet you anymore then, Scruffy-Sarah." "Don't call me like that." "But everyone does." "Cut it." "Okay." After silence that lasted for a while. "Shannon, you know what? I'm gonna come too." Laela said suddenly. "To help you at the organization." "What? It's dangerous!" "Why not? I eavesdropped once when some agents talked and I heard there is also some kids as agents. Besides, I bet they won't except a kid to work for FBI." "Uh... I'm not saying 'no' but you should talk to the boss first..." Shannon mumbled. Personally she thought Laela's words made sense but she wasn't sure... Suddenly the driver who drove the van shouted: "Everyone, hold on tight!" Shannon turned her head to see what was happening outside and saw a motorcyclist who seemed not to be able to stop. "Breaks have broken... That sign... Scarlet Riders..." The van crashed to a corner of a tower block. The motor cyclist managed to stop but not before a wall of another building. Shannon coughed hard. Her arm was limp, probably broken, and head felt dizzy. "Leah, are you alright?" She asked immediately and looked around in the van. "Fine..." She heard a weak voice under her. "Next time when you try to protect me... Don't do it like that..." Laela smiled weakly. "Is anything broken?" Shannon asked as she helped the girl up and tried to open the van's side-door. "No. I'm fine. Luckily we were on the side that didn't hit the wall." Laela opened the door since Shannon's right arm didn't work. "Others weren't as lucky as we were." "At least no one died... Leah, if you come to the organization too, I'll make sure nothing happens to you." "Eh? So you think it's okay? That I might come?" "I said 'if'. And that's a promise." *flashback ends* "Promise I broke..." Shannon mumbled. "Iram noticed the newspaper article about that accident and Rod told about it to Mark who killed Laela. And that same newspaper article revealed my identity too..." She hit the gas pedalstal. "Damn you Scarlet Riders..." -- -- -- Shannon feels slightly quilty. Some thoughts about this: *The motorcyclist was Remilia.(the reason why she prefers cars now) But she didn't know who were inside the van. *Timeline: Three years ago: -Accident Two and half years ago: -LawScience student Shannon Lancaster disappears, organization gets a member named Samuel About two years ago: -Leah Satinwhite gets to the organization, newly-named to Laela(Iram and Samuel both help her at first) One year ago: -Laela dies after Rod recognizes her from an old newspaper article. Some weeks ago: -Rod notices from the same paper(he kept that article and checked it time to time) that 'Samuel' is in reality Shannon Lancaster, an FBI agent -Shannon leaves the organization and almost dies The newspaper article has been mentioned earlier:
