You're welcome and yeah I'm quite a big fan of Korean and Japanese idol but I dislike some of them!! The Korean band Boyfriend is the 1 music artist/band ever that have turned me to a crazy fan:P * some how feel stupid but can't stop it*

It's true. Tomorrow I will have a floor ball at 9AM and we'll meet at 8AM!!

Oh!! On Tuesdays we have the same training except from the running part. On Thursdays I have athletic training. starting from this week we will also play 1or2 floor-ball match against other teams on the weekends!!

I know I couldn't barely walk the day after!! On top of that we will do that every wednesday. It's so pleasant....

First we warmed up for 15 min then we train ball control for 30 min with no pause. After the ball control training we've got 3 min pause direct after the pause we have 5 on 5 match for 45 min with no stop. After the match we've got 5 min pause then run 3,5km outside in the rain. Then the training end!!

Nothing really I was on the floorball training I think our couch try to kill us!!
