I can say that maybe Ai loves Conan as hinted in many episodes (or chapters)... or at least like him. But I think she had given up on Conan as the story went on . Because nothing can break the relationship between Ran and Shinichi . And Ai isn't that evil as wanting to do that so she can have him . Ai probably knows that any romantic feelings she may have for Conan will not be reciprocated (for reasons we know very well), so if she openly declared her love for Conan to him, it could very well alienate him from her (the two depend on each other for protection/survival to a significant extent - if one of them gets found out the other will be in jeopardy as well). Shinichi doesn't have feelings for any girls other than Ran; for Ai, I think he sees her as a sister, somebody who is trapped in the same fate as him, but not really meant for each other. Most of the japanese readers are waiting for the couple Ran and Shinichi. And Gosho said he loves the childhood friends pairings so there is no chance he changes his mind about it. And Ran seems to be his favorite female character (he often says Ran is his favorite in interviews (like in Super digest Books)) with Yukiko (who looks like Fujiko from Lupin). But anyway, nobody answered the question about this topic: people who think Ai and Conan loves each other, what are the scenes in the manga that make you think about it. Gin thought after conan saved Sherry( in that one case with Pisco in it) that she may have a boyfreind protecting her ( or to that effect). Also the second liveaction was full of conai moments, thats probably where it came from. There was another case with the DB and Mitsuiko asked conan what were their relationship.
