Never learned it in the traditional sense, but Akai's name was introduced via textbox in the Bus Explosion case. You'll notice that sometimes characters aren't properly introduced to each other, but they still know their names when the characters have caption boxes, so perhaps it is some in-universe dynamic that is glossed over. Perhaps also: Akai gave his name during police questioning of the bus passengers and Conan learned it off-screen from Takagi.

i have a question about the Scarlet arc

why  was  Yusaku to disguise as Subaru to and not Yukiko as that would have saved Yukiko's time in making a new disguise as Yusaku for awards.

also why did Yusaku use voice changing face mask and not voice changing choker as Shuichi has always used?

To answer why he didn't use the choker is because he already predicted Rei Furuya, Bourbon or Tooru Amuro will search to see if Subaru Okiya is Akai or a fake person since he already had suspicions on his activities and his passion for turtlenecks so he used the mask so when Rei (or Watsoever you call him) will move the turtleneck, he won't find out the choker and his suspicions will fall.

About why didn't Yukiko disguise as Subaru instead of Yuusaku, thus having 1 person in disguise instead of 2, I am not sure, but I guess that they foresaw that Rei was suspecting a lot of Subaru and maybe he would try any kind of physical contact to detect a possible prosthesis. Rei is also a disguise master, so it would have been easy to foresee that. The same goes for the face mask instead of the choker. Rei already suspected about Subaru always wearing turtle neck jumbers. Actually, he was focusing on that and it was one of the things he checked. See images in spoiler:

Because Yusaku fits this role better, I guess. He's way smarter and thus can improvise, depending on situation.

I would say yes. I think she won't admit it because she knows that he is in love with Ran Mouri. She clearly understood that in episode 270 when he said "If I said how I feel about her, she would miss me even more... All this time, I've been breaking her heart by keeping her waiting, yet I still can't appear before her eyes. I never want to see her cry anymore, even if it means I no longer exist in her heart. How immature of me, right?" She knew if she confess that he would just tell her that he's in love with Ran.

It is shown that Conan originally planned to use Ran as the medium in the start but since he missed hitting Ran with the tranquilizer and it hit Sonoko instead he solved the case using Sonoko as the medium and since Sonoko didn't question much or put much thought in figuring out how she solved the case and enjoyed the attention he began to use her whenever Mouri was not around.

Hello there!
I'm coming up with a question that's been bugging me for years.
When I was little, I watched an episode on TV that completely traumatized me at the time. I remember hiding in the garden for hours afterwards :')
It was an episode where Conan was looking through the keyhole of a locked door, and an eye suddenly appeared on the other side of the keyhole (boom jumpscare !).
From memory it was an episode that took place in some kind of mansion, and maybe there was a story about ladders on the roofs that left tracks in the snow? Or maybe I'm just confused...
I managed to find the episode by miracle a few years ago, I just remember it was in the first seasons but I don't remember which one it was in particular and I would love to see it again to laugh a little about my old childhood traumas.
Could you help me please?

If you're sure there was snow, that narrows it down a lot. The wiki doesn't have many pages that mention it. If you search Snow (link below) you can skip the pages that aren't episodes and narrow it down further by how old each episode is. Hope you find what you're looking for!
