machine 52 Report post Posted May 31, 2023 I finished In the Heart of the Sea: The Tragedy of the Whaleship Essex by Nathaniel Philbrick maybe 2 weeks ago and I really, really enjoyed. It's written in a way that's really easy to read, and with how dry nonfiction can be, I think that's really impressive. It's not for the faint of heart though, so I don't readily recommend it, but if you take a glance at the Essex's wikipedia page and think you could handle reading more in depth about what happened to the survivors of the shipwreck before they were rescued, consider giving it a go! machine 52 Report post Posted January 12 Just started Lapvona by Ottessa Moshfegh the other day. Not far enough along to really have an opinion yet, but so far it's been enjoyable, so fingers crossed it sticks the landing..
tTow 0 Report post Posted March 30 Demian by Hermann Hesse. It's my favorite book ever, and I'm writing my essay right now. I want to explore the reasons why certain books become favorites, examine the emotional connections readers have with their favorite books. 'll use writing help from https://domypapers.com/assignments to save my time and explore existing studies, articles, and books that discuss the emotional and psychological effects of favorite books. Useful service for students.
