Hejle 20 Report post Posted June 4, 2011 I don't only want love. I want friends. I want family. I want peace, quiet, a sense of direction, and purpose. In fact, for these past two years, I haven't ever wanted love, at least after what happened that time...besides, if I can make someone else happy, I don't matter all that much. I'm really glad when my friends smile, when they find true love, when their things work, because I don't want them to feel what I felt when the guy I liked crushed me. I don't want anyone to feel that way. You sound rather heroic at the end... I like that, Pyre... Btw sorry, for not being active here right now, but got exams, and other stuff, and i hardly find time to log on Hope you forgive me (LoL) And quote from Naruto: "When a man learns to love, he must bear the risk of hatred." Lia. 45 Report post Posted June 5, 2011 I went skating today~! The skating was fun~ but my ex wasn't... My ex didn't even talk to me until the end... He was hanging out with his friend and just racing around the rink I was just skating alone until my brother came and then my friend came as well. I didn't really know that she was coming... The highlight of today was: seeing my brother(10 years old) get onto the skating rink and throw a block of ice at my ex The only conversation that was between us was this: 'You see all these people holding their hands skating together?' 'Yeah,' I reply. 'Do you see that they keep falling down?' 'Of course,' I replied again. 'Do you know why we don't skate together?' he asked with a cheeky grin. 'Why?' I ask, getting a little annoyed. 'It's cuz I don't want you to hurt yourself,' he says, sticking his tongue out like I rolled my eyes at him and called him 'ahou'.
