Anti-APTX4869 181 Report post Posted June 23, 2011 Normally 6~9 hours(average) are the best time for most of people, but for me, it's 3 hours average because i got used to it. i sleep 3 hours in about 45 hours average... so i stay up one night and sleep next day. funny how that works, maybe i should stop drinking coffee........
