Anti-APTX4869 181 Report post Posted April 28, 2011 Here's a mind trick... Is your mind straight, strong, and stable? Let's find out... The thought of myself thinking, while telling myself in the thought, that thought is not right about things that I shouldn't be thinking about cannot stop. Thinking about the thought of myself thinking of how there might be a possibility of another person, looking into my thought within a thought, therefore, trying to stop. But I can't get into deeper thought to get away from someone trying to think of reading my mind. What should I do? Credit to: -My friend, the creator, who claimed that it is impossible to solve. Notes: -First solved by me(538th challenger according to him) in 10 mins. -My friend decided to make a new one, saying that it took him 10 month to thought of that. -Guess I was the lucky challenger (538 -> 5+3+8= 16 -> 1+6= 7!!!) Detective Kudo 28 Report post Posted April 28, 2011 your asking me what he should do? stop thinking so hard, relax or go to sleep...wait this can't be that simple, that last line bothers me..."someone trying to think of reading my mind." you can't stop someone trying to think of reading your mind, so stop caring about what someone else is trying to think of

It's not that simple. Think outside the b- *Get's shot by 'evil-side' me* SOLVE IT ON YOUR OWN!!! Anti-APTX4869 181 Report post Posted April 28, 2011 Well, keep these words in mind. These are my 5 thinking motto: Think why the question is asked. Think simple while thinking outside of box. Think inside of the box while thinking difficult. Think both ways and put it together. Think of (or draw) a diagram.

Stopwatch 36 Report post Posted April 28, 2011 Think in spirals so that you can run up the spiral staircase away from the people after your mind which is in a metaphorical jar in your hands? Bit of crack theory, ne? Well, I'll have a better attempt at the answer in the morning *yawns* @Misaki-chan: Tinfoil hat? Have you read the Artemis Fowl series by any chance? G'night
Misaki-chan 164 Report post Posted April 28, 2011 @Stopwatch, no, I haven't read Artemis Fowl series. Why?
Anti-APTX4869 181 Report post Posted April 29, 2011 Looks like you guys need help. Here is the Hint: The answer is already given here, but not directly. Connect that to my 5 Thinks motto.... Think why the question is asked. - Someone is reading your mind. Get away from it. Think simple while thinking outside of box. - Run away Think inside of the box while thinking difficult. - Mind read Think both ways and put it together. - Run away and Mind read Think of (or draw) a diagram. Let's break it down with the diagram above. The thought of myself thinking[1], while telling myself in the thought, that thought is not right about things that I shouldn't be thinking about cannot stop[2]. Thinking about the thought of myself thinking[3] of how there might be a possibility of another person(?), looking into my thought within a thought(?)-%->[3], therefore, trying to stop {the line that crosses the possibility of thinking your thought}. But I can't get into deeper thought {? after crossing the possibility of someone thinking your though} to get away from someone trying to think of reading my mind(?)->[1]. What should I do? Did that make it easier?

Stopwatch 36 Report post Posted April 29, 2011 Aargh, that diagram thing does actually help but it's like the answer is just out of reach. Sorta like when people are speaking in another language and you're this close to knowing what they're saying... @Misaki-chan: 'Cause there's this character in it (a centaur called Foaly, totally obsessed with technology) who wears a tinfoil hat to 'protect from mindreading rays'
Anti-APTX4869 181 Report post Posted April 30, 2011 Detective Kudo is the closest to answering this. Just need to finish thinking there! Misaki-Chan comes up with crazy Ideas that was somewhat close to the answer. and, for Stopwatch, no, there is no theory into this. This is simple logical thinking kind of question. For all: Here's one more hint: Thinking too much will lead you to nowhere but the dead end. --If there is a dead end that means there is ________ ________. Anti-APTX4869 181 Report post Posted April 30, 2011 Uhhhh... good description of fantasy but no. close tho. read what Kudo said about this. He was the closest your asking me what he should do? stop thinking so hard, relax or go to sleep...wait this can't be that simple, that last line bothers me..."someone trying to think of reading my mind." you can't stop someone trying to think of reading your mind, so stop caring about what someone else is trying to think of
