You can only get it through donations and/or legally through the hospital. Any place else is illegal(there are variations in law in different countries tho). I'm sure that new surgical operators will need to use a recently deceased person's body in the beginning to get through all of the organs properly. Reminds me of a time where a friend cut her finger very deep and her blood was dripping all over my house. She didnt know what to do then, so I brought her to see the doctors. And while she was still fine, I nearly fainted seeing the blood... and she told me my face was green... I think I am the one needing the doctor... Stick all the rest of your fingers together too. Now try separating each finger without separating the rest.
