I think she lives in US because she spells colour like color and uses grade, not year and uses mom not mum. But she could be somewhere else.

British English has different spelling from US English like color, mom and it loves z than s. like specializes etc. kekeke of course, she knows that as well. I cant distinguish US and UK spelling differences and I use them interchangeably as well.

You can't get signal from underwater. There's too much pressure, which will cause the signal (Frequency + Wave length) to be disrupted. Also, You could die if you are living underwater.
