snowflake 41 Report post Posted March 7, 2012 ^ wait does that mean who am I talking to? (very random guess... The only thing I could understand is dare... In my language when we see someone with good talent we say mashallah. So mashallah) If it does, anyone in general.... I tried memorizing but I sort of know 80% katakana and about 10% hiragana... (again excuse my Japanese. SUMIMASEN.)
ahrjay 1 Report post Posted March 8, 2012 uchi kaerimasu, depato ikimasu ni-ji. (???) maybe I write wrong. my first time writing full sentence... いいだけど、ちょっと変だと思いますよ。 Ii dakedo, chotto hen da to omoimasu yo. It's good, but I think it's a little bit strange. 「うちに帰って、二時にデパートにいきます。」と言いたら、いいと思います。 "Uchi ni kaette, niji ni depaato ni ikimasu," to iitara, ii to omoimasu. I think it's better if you say it like this, "I'll go home, and go to the department store around 2." Of course, I might be wrong because I haven't practiced the "casual" way, in which people tend to not care about structure, grammar, etc. xD I don't get your point... (and please excuse my sucking Japanese) Yes, he/she's asking to whom the question is directed to. But since you are asking in general, my answer to your question is "yes." -The Rising Angel- 48 Report post Posted April 11, 2012 speak --> hanashimasu. If I have to ask anyone is at home, I'll say: uchi ni dare ka imasu ka? Actually, the verb it's Hanasu...you put hanashimasu at formally present...if you wanna say it informaly, that would be shaberu (the verb) And you got wrong the order...it's Ima, dare ka uchi ni imasuka?
